      21 shots of vodka,
It's possible that you might fall into a coma. If you are lucky and drink alot of water, try to piss or vomit you might black out and have a liver disease, survive with permanent damage but that is very unlikely. You might (probably) die due to the paralysis of your diaphragm, the collapse of your lungs, or heart attack (any form of respiratory arrest).

Where does flint come from? As i understand it was brought from someplace else and the natives here traded for it. Ive never founda big piece on our old village sites. We only found chips and already made arrow heads and one tomahawk head

Can you grind out the shape with an abrasive rock, like sandstone?

Won't be as sharp. Knapping this the way he is breaks the flint in such a way it is sharper than razor sharp. There's not much like it save by way of actual steel razors, and like I said, this is probably still sharper

For a hammer stone try to find a granite cobble one of the best stones hands down for flake removel. I could explain why but that would take a while just go find one and i am sure you will be pleasantly surprised at how much better a granite cobble works.
