Bit twice by a brown recluse this summer. The bite was painless the knot later the size of a softball that was the result was NOT. My father was raised on the "crick". He had built up an immunity to mosquito bites from being bit so often as a child. You could watch the mosquito bite him and there was never even a red spot or a bump when he was gone.
One candle in a cup cake from my Army hospital nurses served to me, with the birthday song, where I was working, on Hospital Power Was the greatest birthday present I EVER GOT .! VERY SPECIAL TO ME THESE ARMY USAR 73 FIELD HOSPITAL NURSES..!

I have come to believe that the Lord has gifted me with the ability to share their pain and help diffuse it so they can focus on the future of God's plan. This may be similar to this discussion. We like to share in the joys and accomplishments of our fellow Christians. When we are around happy people, it just causes us to be happy with and for them. The same is true for being with those who weep. We just can’t be happy to see others weep. For example, when we are with someone who has lost a loved one, we weep with them.

I agree with becoming more resistant to the bugs if you are outside often. I never got bit by ticks when I was raised in the country and was constantly playing and working outside. After living in the suburbs for several years, I go back to the country and get covered every time. My skin is less sun baked and maybe we just smell different now ha ha.
I was raised in the woods. I dont attract bugs like that, either. I don't use any kind of flowery or fruity scents. Also, people that eat alot of sugar and processed foods tend to attract bugs more. Clean diets help.

I got stung 32 times by those ground wasps after accidentally disturbing the nest with a blower under my deck. I was stripping my clothes off on the way running back to the house, so i'm glad the neighbors aren't close enough to see lol. It made me sick for a couple days. Those are aggressive little things. I did end up killing them all though, later that week.
I am from Louisiana. My Cajun Grandpa taught me to have a bottle of rubbing alcohol with a bottle of baby aspirin dissolved in it. When you get bit by fire ants, pour that alcohol over where you got bit. You won't blister from fire ants. I once stepped in a mound of them. I hollered for my daughter to get the alcohol. I poured it on my feet and legs. It didn't blister or itch. Plus since it was near the bottom of the bottle, it got rid of all the callouses on my feet.

Those ground bees are bad here in North Carolina they will sting you I usually pour gas down the tunnel in the ground and place a good dome on the top where they can't escape

Fire Ant bites...we use essential oil of lavender to treat the bite, works great! Also on the question - Why Jesus cried? He was moved with compassion. In other words, His HEART was connected to their HEART. His heart was moved to tears because their heart was so extremely sad, this is empathy.

If you're not alergic to the bee veneom you only get sick at best. My Pop was stung sweepin leaves off his little porch outside the woods. Stired a wasp nest. One sting to artery on temple. He couldn't get to epi pen. He died before the 911 call was half over. Healthy as a horse at 82 but one sting took him to Glory. I kill wasps at every chancee. He went to Glory 8/12 /12 . I find the Robinsons interpretation On the verse of Jesus wept to be interesting. Though I believe that one way to interpret the verse as Jesus weeping because of the pain humans go though of seeing their loved ones pass away due to sin, I find the interpretation of the tears being tears of overwhelming joy to be an interesting possibility.

I HATE WASPS!!! Recently, baby ones, started sneaking up on me, unprovoked and stinging me!!! Gotta use Benedryl and mud packs for a few days to heal...!!! One day, I asked Jesus, why did you even make those??? Then He let me see, a mother, putting a mosquito into the hole of the mud nest it’s baby was in!!! I had to laugh!!! I said, Well, that’s something they are Good for, but I pray you have them eat more of them, cuz there are still too many of those biting me! A lot of the same bugs in Florida too! Blessings
I agree, I hate a wasp. I was stung twice on my eye lid, swelled my eye shut for a week. I bought 3 cans of wasp spray and killed every wasp I saw, when I could see again. Haha

Jesus, being human ... might have had human feelings ... his head knew everything was going to be ok, but his heart ❤️ was hurting. When we lose someone we love, we mourn not for them ... but for us ... because we will miss them.
Perhaps when Jesus wept it was because of his compassion seeing those cry for Lazarus. Just like when my wife goes through stuff..im pretty strong..but when I see her cry...i cry.

Raw honey is great for brown recluse. Pack it with honey and wrap it overnight. The fresher the better.

Ha! Just watched the Billy the Exterminator episode. 4hours of work and they caught a couple snakes and got stung. These guys seemed totally unprepared for what they were facing.

Jesus, being human ... might have had human feelings ... his head knew everything was going to be ok, but his heart ❤️ was hurting. When we lose someone we love, we mourn not for them ... but for us ... because we will miss them.
Perhaps when Jesus wept it was because of his compassion seeing those cry for Lazarus. Just like when my wife goes through stuff..im pretty strong..but when I see her cry...i cry.
