Car health is race and car based. Certain races that are longer will give your car more health while shorter races will have less health. And within those races, the weight of your car also effects the amount of health your car has.

Played this game so much in 2010 on Xbox 360. It is a lazy remaster, if you could even call it that, but I'm just happy to see it back!
