Lot of times if your starting a new unfamiliar project take a lot of pictures before and as your breaking down so you can remember how to re assemble everything again. Works for me. Upholstery is a dirty job a lot of the time. Nothing you can do about it but clean up after yourself. As far as loosing your sizzers have more than than one pair available at your machine. Or make yourself a holster that you can carry on your belt at all times. Semper fi.
what I've done to keep track of my little snips to cut the threads at the end of a run is I glued a strong magnet to the machine. The rule is - the snips are In My Hand or At The Magnet - works every time I follow the rule.
@@jeffeustice to be honest me either, but the original had Velcro on the seams the same way. If it were up to me I would have done it 100% different, but you’re pretty much limited to how the factory designed it. It’s a struggle with factories I swear
Got to admit. It looks GREAT. My truck now has that leather smell we all ❤️ LOVE. It wasn't as much of a risk to let him "practice " on my truck (in my opinion).

You bet! Thanks for posting!
i am not an expert but i thought seams were supposed to be done with upholstery glue, not Velcro. i would be happy with those results on my truck...
