My heart is confident, O God. I want to sing and make music even with my soul: Psalm 108:1
How I want to be there! I long to be in the Lord's Temple. With my whole being I sing for joy to the living God.
Psalm 84:2
Sing to the Lord a new song; Sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, bless His name; Proclaim good tidings of His salvation from day to day.
Psalm 96:1-2
But let all who take refuge in You rejoice; let them ever shout for joy. May You shelter them, that those who love Your name may rejoice in You.
Psalm 5:11
Sing for joy to God our strength; Shout joyfully to the God of Jacob. Raise a song, strike the timbrel, The sweet sounding lyre with the harp.
Psalm 81:1-2
O sing to the LORD a new song, For He has done wonderful things, His right hand and His holy arm have gained the victory for Him.
Psalm 98:1
Sing praises to God, sing praises; Sing praises to our King, sing praises.
Psalm 47:6
I will sing to the LORD as long as I live; I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
Psalm 104:33

"The timbrel or tabret was the principal percussion instrument of the ancient Israelites. It resembled either a frame drum or a modern tambourine." That's what worship services need: some percussion instruments.
God bless you
@@GraceandPeaceChristianMusic There is a saying attributed to Saint Augustine, "our hearts are restless until they rest in Thee." I say "attributed" because his sayings always seem to turn out to not be provable as said by him. I was thinking about this saying overnight: that God's peace is not peaceful. God may want me to go into a hurricane which I am trying to hide from. The thing that is obvious about God is what's obvious: my trickery is always too complicated for me to really believe it.
