I've been pimpin your channel to try and help get you toward a million subscribers but you need to open up multiple restaurants around the world including in the US. I will travel to the UK to eat at your restaurant but if you opened one also in the US I would travel there even if it were on the opposite side of the country. your food is beyond incredible. every one of your recipes I have made have been phenomenal. if nothing else, please keep these recipes coming for years. much love!

Love the idea! It's absolutely genius.
Just to clarify, in India we call them both pakodas and bhajis. It's called pakoda in Hindi which is our main language and it's called Bhaji in Marathi, which is the language of Maharashtra. That's the state bhaji originally comes from.

Is there a proof that bhaji has originally come from maharashtra? This has been preparing in other parts of the India even before the maharashtra formed and Marati language was born. Do not give false details.

      @@amatullahaa bro as an Indian,
Bhagi actually means vegetable in Hindi (most common language in North India) and clearly spinach is the vegetable type vegetable (
      Health food)

Hi Gaz, I really feel happy and proud, when you cook Indian dishes with such interest. Btw, "pakoda" literally means something "paka huya", i. e. something deeply cooked. Pakoda are all time favourites for an Indian, but best had in rainy season as it involves lots of herbs protecting us from cold/infection.
