i subconsciously flex my left leg super hard to the beat of the music when playing rhythm games so much that i can't play for more than 30 minutes at a time because my leg is in so much pain
Watching the Rennala fight and seeing Jerma dodge away from the slow tracking spells and get hit instead of rolling through them or running around them brings me such joy
he fought radahn with the worst build imaginable and never got off his horse and then had the temerity to say that radahn sucked on the fromsoft tierlist im gonna explode in rage
>jerma chat tells him exactly which cave to explore ("youre gonna really like the reward!!!) >chat gets mad at him for using the meta weapon >jerma buckles and picks a meme weapon >chat: wtf why are you using this garbage??? Chat is the worst part of jerma streams.
@@GenghisGunt some people just like to antagonize, and a lot of the clips will probably highlight jerma arguing with chat. If chat was the worst part, then why would jerma make the interactive streams? Chat is an integral part of twitch streaming, and it allows for creators to see the live reception of their content, and that feedback is valuable. Jerma does bits with new viewers and raids, trying to lie to them, and chat returns that energy. It's a give and take, where he gets a lot of goofy ideas from chat. I wonder why you watch what is, essentially, an edited vod if you don't like that jerma interacts with chat. Also, jerma relied entirely on chats help for mohg
The idea of a maniacal world dictator making everyone on the planet listen to Learn to Fly by Foo Fighters every morning at 9am is so fuckin funny to me
Jerma in Caria Manor "there could literally be a sorcery item right over there that kills every boss in one hit literally over there and I don't want it" meanwhile patch 1 sword of night and flame is peeking through the wall at him
Oh hell yeah he got Bastard's Stars, such a complexly symbolic weapon that simultaneously represents how the vast unknown of the cosmos can be graceful and elegant but brutal and unforgiv- "It's a baby rattle"
Literally every single streamer that I’ve seen play this game failed to realize that the pouch exists and used the quick item bar for the horse whistle until their chat inevitably told them the correct way to do it. I know it’s a meme but streamer brain is absolutely a thing, even for one as treasured as Jerma. My man literally read the entire tutorial message about the pouch yet spent the next dozens of hours not using the pouch. But hey, at least he read the tutorial message… most streamers don’t know how to read.
Watching this for the first time since catching the original streams live and I'm losing my mind with how much he keeps dodging left into Godrick's attacks. It feels like I've been watching him roll directly into the axe attacks for an hour straight, but the timestamp says I'm only halfway through the boss fight. Fantastic edit so far, really captures Jerma's manic vibes. Thanks for all your hard work!
I love how stuck he is on the damn tree sentinel. It’s like so chaotic and repetitive that it actually makes it so hilarious. The amount of times he said “one more time” had me actually pissing my pants
He also accidently did the kick move in the other games, which is a harder input to do by accident and I never have in over 4k hours of playing these games lol
I fucking love how during the tree sentinel fight he kept complaining about the horse dismounting despite the fact that it's the only thing on Torrent that has i-frames and was saving his ass every time it happened
I’m at 8:40:00 and only just realized he only uses his pouch to hold 3 spirit summons and the “teleport back to grace in exchange for all your runes” item that he has never used. He’s actually insane. Or dumb. Also FOR THE LOVE OF GOD JERMA YOU HAVE TO ATTACK ENEMIES TO KILL THEM STOP SWINGING ONCE AND THEN RUNNING AWAY AND WAITING A MINUTE TO ATTACK AGAIN!
I wish Jerma streamed in like a side room of a cinema where people are watching his stream on the giant canvas and the seats have like mics that randomly light up and when they do they live broadcast the audio directly into Jermas headset. And at the end he hosts like a party with snacks and the tickets cost hundreds of dollars
Bro rode around Radahn on a horse for 5 hours, hoping that the 20 damage summons kill him instead, while unable to dodge and getting one-shot every time, and he still wonders why didn't he like the boss fight.
@@alfredthegreat01 i thought that small and medium shields all have the same parry frames, like, the buckler parry had the best (non-magic) parry or something
@@kiba_the_lucky I took a quick look at the wiki, and medium shields get 2 parry frames and have a longer delay and recovery, whereas small shields get 5 frames. The buckler also has 5 parry frames but it has slightly less delay and a slightly longer recovery. So yeah, you're right about the buckler being the best one, but small shields are much better than medium. Interesting side note: if you put the storm wall ash of war on a medium shield, it will have the exact same parry stats as a small shield with the added bonus of being able to repel arrows, so that's neat I guess.

@@mellowmelly9258 He just gets into the games too much. i woke up in cold sweat from meat grinder threats
I really relate to jerma on the “I don’t know how you could dodge in this game and not somewhat move with the character” considering I’ve been told numerous times that whenever I play platformers my head goes up and down with jumping
It's a bad habit, my leg shakes like it's about to rev me up to outerspace when I play games you have to focus hard on.
i subconsciously flex my left leg super hard to the beat of the music when playing rhythm games so much that i can't play for more than 30 minutes at a time because my leg is in so much pain
Watching the Rennala fight and seeing Jerma dodge away from the slow tracking spells and get hit instead of rolling through them or running around them brings me such joy
As someone who just recently finished an Elden Ring playthrough myself, I'm at 7:52:00 and seeing that he's got like 10 total Vigor is SO frustrating.
Also that he's investing most of his points in INT and fighting bosses mostly with regular Swords
he got a sword that scales with int @@OrganicWolf19
he fought radahn with the worst build imaginable and never got off his horse and then had the temerity to say that radahn sucked on the fromsoft tierlist im gonna explode in rage
Never in my life have I seen someone accidentally hit the left stick as much as Jerma
The fact that it kept coming up is baffling. Not sure I've seen anyone else with that issue
I raise you northernlion sekiro playthrough
I don't grip controllers, I curl my toes till it noticeably hurts
I totally forgot that jerma went from using one of the strongest weapons in the whole game (moonveil) to instead use the fucking baby rattle.
that was just 💀
>jerma chat tells him exactly which cave to explore ("youre gonna really like the reward!!!)
>chat gets mad at him for using the meta weapon
>jerma buckles and picks a meme weapon
>chat: wtf why are you using this garbage???
Chat is the worst part of jerma streams.
@@GenghisGuntAlmost like chat is a collection of completely different people or something
@@eeeee5443 yea nice cope
The idea of a maniacal world dictator making everyone on the planet listen to Learn to Fly by Foo Fighters every morning at 9am is so fuckin funny to me
7:43:30 He finally realizes the utility of jump attacks
Jerma in Caria Manor "there could literally be a sorcery item right over there that kills every boss in one hit literally over there and I don't want it" meanwhile patch 1 sword of night and flame is peeking through the wall at him
Thank you so much for putting all this together!!! Absolutely made my day
Oh hell yeah he got Bastard's Stars, such a complexly symbolic weapon that simultaneously represents how the vast unknown of the cosmos can be graceful and elegant but brutal and unforgiv-
"It's a baby rattle"
Chat is criminal for not telling him to bind the horse to Y + d pad
TBF chat could be saying that and he's missing it.
chat has never actually played any game ever
This is unfathomably based. I love the little edits you include from time to time.
we say keyed now mum
“Somebody 10 miles down the road swung an axe and I got hit by it” 😂😂
I love how stuck he is on the damn tree sentinel. It’s like so chaotic and repetitive that it actually makes it so hilarious. The amount of times he said “one more time” had me actually pissing my pants
You're a legend, I was just rewatching the Dark Souls 1 playthrough and saw your comment
him constantly getting shot by an arrow while talkiing to blaidd KILLED ME
6:10:22 is a perfect summary of literally every time you get a new spell in a Souls game.
8:31:49 Jerma is the type of guy to act exactly like the AI version of himself
I have crouched accidentally a grand total of zero (0) times in hundreds of hours of playing, how does this man keep doing it
He gets so into the video game he literally CLENCHES his controller like a grip bar.
@@B20K3FUCKING CRUNCHES THAT SHIT
i have lol
He also accidently did the kick move in the other games, which is a harder input to do by accident and I never have in over 4k hours of playing these games lol
Because he squeezes his controller like it'll fly away if he doesn't hold on tight
My favorite thing with Jerma is to pretend he's recording a youtube video and there's no twitch chat.
10:00:00 the Meat Grinder skit absolutely destroyed me hahaahahahaha
at 11:38:55 the whole praising vid he has in the background to kill just a golem thats not even a boss is just hilarious.
Bro rode around Radahn on a horse for 5 hours, hoping that the 20 damage summons kill him instead, while unable to dodge and getting one-shot every time, and he still wonders why didn't he like the boss fight.
Boys beat Radahn without using summons, men beat him without using their character
Why does it say that you posted this comment 2 months ago??
@@possum0451 I guess it was accessible through a link the creator left somewhere
@@possum0451 the video was only accessible through link while the second part was being edited
tbf radahn on release was nuts
i'm actually really impressed so far at how jerma is able to semi consistently get parries off with the worst parry in the game
Small shields actually have a very solid parry. It's medium shields and off-hand weapons that have abysmal parry frames
@@alfredthegreat01 oh that's cool af
This is one of my comfort videos. Thank you so much for your work on this.
This is a wonderful edit. I never comment on UA-cam videos or watch long ones. 50 minutes in, this is amazing. Thank you for creating this!
watching jerma do these bosses for the first time is so stressful, I'm just sitting here like "JERMA ESTUS JERMA PLEASE YOU HAVE AN OPENING DRINK YOUR DAMN JUICE" "ROLL THE OTHER WAY JERMA PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP ROLLING WITH YHE ATTACKS"
I’ve started to get irritated with jerma watching the boss fights and usually I love this man to death
him getting pelted by Radahn's arrows the first time he meets him is so funny
Jerma fights every enemy like they’re the final boss
I love how jerma is the only gamer on planet earth that is confused by crouch being left stick...
To be fair, it is really easy to accidentally click down the left stick during a frantic boss fight. Same shit also got me killed a few times in Sekiro as well lol
it's because he like, for some reason, is horrid at separating whats on the screen from reality. he jumps and leans around with the character on screen, he is genuinely bewildered when someone tells him to not strangle the controller- at some point he even thought he was hit in the eye by a bosses attack.
he's either plugged into the mainframe, or hes lost it
@@mellowmelly9258 He just gets into the games too much. Dude relishes in emulating the pleas for mercy of the npcs he savagely murders with a raw slab of iron, as he thinks their actual reactions aren't close enough to the real thing. He has powerful recurring urges to kill every character in the screen of any game, as he can't readily get someone real into a chokehold, and the screen suffices. For now.
When is this man ever getting arrested
I've never accidentally crouched in this game. also very funny he ran into like the one enemy that can detect you when you get close even if you're crouched and then decided it was useless for stealth without testing it on 99% of the rest of them
8:13:17 My mom works in a school with little children. Her students are literally known to just randomly bite out of nowhere. And you're not allowed to discipline the kids at that age, other than make them sit outside the classroom for a couple minutes, so they just keep doing it
Jerma struggling as much as he did during godrick will never cease to amaze me, and make me laugh
9:59:42 You can see his face turn red in a matter of 5 seconds. He's anticipating his next victim
the boys getting killed by the Rennala chandelier was devastating.
I’ve watched this and the second part like 3 times over the holidays and I have no idea why but it’s great comfort content. Keep it up man
Doing the exact same rn, I usually hate watching streams of any souls game, because most of the time it's literally the same boss for hours sometimes, but highlights are a delight to watch.
For someone who is still relatively new to watching jerma more regularly, new hyperfixation is jerma, I highly appreciate all the time and effort you put towards making these supercuts
"I'm not a fencer I'm gonna get my ass kicked." proceeds to get his ass kicked with any and all loadouts *chefs kiss* never change you beautiful psycho.
After rewatching the Dark Souls 1 edit like 8 times in the background, I see the comment. The path to my next addiction. Pythanoc for President
The whole gravestone tirade is just the trees Jason joke from the dark souls 3 stream again lmao
i cannot tell you in words the joy this video brings me
I don't know what a Jerma is, but he appears on my feed a lot. If someone wanted to make a 12-hr video for this man, maybe he's the real deal. We shall see in half a day.
What's your verdict?
Where. Is. Your. Verdict.
Where is it
OK, after a lot of soul searching, my only conclusion is that Limit Breaker uses him a lot on his meme videos
Blows my goddamn mind that jerma is somehow accidentally clicking L3 so much that he's physically incapable of playing the game, i have 200+ hours in elden ring and have never crouched when not intended.
1:49:37
FUCKIN RARE BALD EAGLE
kills me everytime
I just want to say you're a champ for compiling and editing this with timestamps, awesome work!
