84 years old and with a name Brianna, your parents were ahead of their times with names, I would expect a name like Ethal, Dolores or Gladys during ur generation lol
Im in Michigan and years ago there used to be cars like this and 60s and 70s as well until we had the big scrap iron drive of the 90s and now its hard to find anything cool. Even the auto dealerships had push, pull or drag it in for trade sales. It wiped us out except for some 80s and 90s crap cars sitting here and there so it a pleasure to see these when you're a car guy!
That’s what me and my friends use to do with vw’s back in the 70s, steal them, take the body off and just race them around in the desert, the absolute best desert race rod!
Cool finds here. I love exploring old dump sites like this. You never know what you may find. I would to have those glass insulators of those telegraph poles. They are collectors items now and some are worth quite a few dollars. I definitely would be going back with a tall ladder for those. Thanks for sharing.
Just found your channel and I’m enjoying these vids man. I live in Nevada and always look for stuff like this. Just untouched history. Nit easy to find anymore.
Thanks for sharing your finds, it seems like such a shame now, to see those old cars just shoved off in a wash-out and riddled with bullet holes, etc. but I still remember years ago that they were just considered old cars and not worth anything. I grew up by a river and many, many old cars were just simply pushed over the sides to keep the river banks from washing away, they were simply considered "rip-rap". It's really a shame now but that's the way it was years ago, no one could really foretell the future changes in the way we view things today. Thanks again, your video sure brings back memories!
2:55 The reason that car is so mangled is because this was once a landfill (that included some cars) and it had been repeatedly ran over by an earth mover. You may have noticed in the satellite view the fanned out earthmover patterns from covering over the trash. There's a ton of ash mixed in with the soil, it was nearly impossible keeping it from getting in my boots. I know where another collection of cars is that I haven't visited yet. The cooler months are just around the corner, hit me up if you want to make a trip out of it.
you found one of the old mob's dumping grounds, lol, I am local here in vegas, just found your channel, it's been a while since i have been out in the desert exploring, used to love going out and finding old mines, sometimes you can find old pieces of equipment and tools left behind. you inspire me to get out there again. 👍
Hi there, R. T. At 7:32, the car in the video seemed to match up with a 1954 Chrysler New Yorker I saw on Siri as the Front Grill and Bumper looked to be a good match as well as the Right Side Trim pieces and the Passenger Door Triangle Vent Window!!
Yes, I agree, the tail lights match up as well. Gas filler too left side rear just above rear bumper as many Chrysler products right down to Dodge. 1954 Chysler New Yorker
Great video! Can someone just take that stuff? Like, if I somehow loaded it on a trailer and drove off would someone call the cops? I have no intention on doing so, but it could be an awesome art piece.
That 55 wagon still has good rust free parts left I'd be so over that. Those cars look to be in a flash flood area probably nature slamming them around.
If one of these vehicles is intact enough to restore and you were able to get it out of there, can you just take it and go in Nevada? Love to know the rules on that. I’d be tempted on a few of these old finds.
This area seems so familiar to me since I come from the Vegas area, and I used to hike a lot thru some of our awesome desert areas, but I wonder how the hell did these old vehicles end up here, Close Encounter of the third Kind UFO stuff? Air Force air dropping from a C-130 Hercules?
I always hear this song when seeing your docus: I close my eyes Only for a moment, and the moment's gone All my dreams Pass before my eyes, a curiosity Dust in the wind All they are is dust in the wind Same old song Just a drop of water in an endless sea All we do Crumbles to the ground, though we refuse to see Dust in the wind All we are is dust in the wind Oh Now, don't hang on Nothin' lasts forever but the earth and sky It slips away And all your money won't another minute buy ...
Did any of the Dash Radios Work for some cool tunes . How about how dry and rusty I am. Or water 💧, water cool clear water. Rust is a must call earl sahib 99.99 one coat should do it 😮😮😮😮🤔🙄🤣🤣👽
Of the tri 5 Chevys, the 150 was the cheapest you could get. Top of the line in wagons was the nomad. Then I think went Impala bel air 250 post then 150. A Chevy guy could explain better. My interest is Gen 1 mustàngs.
Looks like you found an old land fill for trash, garbage and junk. Most of these cars look like they have been crushed and flattened by heavy equipment.
Why keep cars like these so secret? better parts/cars get picked up and reused then to sit out there and rot so people can take masturbation pics of it.
Super bizarre to see a person of this generation to describing rusting garbage as extraordinary😂 what?? But if he see’s recent trash or graffiti or some kind of vandalism he criticizes it 😂what?? This is the generation that we seriously need to teach about what reality is!
Now that I am in my 60's, I truly enjoy some perfect mid 50's tail!
Ha Ha! very good... perfect comment.
I’m 84 years old and I remember when those cars were new.
84 years old and with a name Brianna, your parents were ahead of their times with names, I would expect a name like Ethal, Dolores or Gladys during ur generation lol

Oh the memories 😂😊
great video thanks man
Yet another great video! Thank you for sharing! I assume those vehicles were at least driven close to where they sit, but why? Were hey stolen?
That tri 5 wagon was awesome love this type of content ❤
Desert detritus.....love it !
Nice video!

Wow, I've never seen such cool cars in the wild

Coming down Halloween weekend I like to tour some of these spots
These are a cool find! Thanks for sharing 😊

Thanks for the video man! I love seeing old junk like this!
8:52 100 years old??? You’re only off by 25-30 years. 😂. Thanks for going out so far to get this cool footage!
The car after the 55 Chevy 2 door wagon looks like a 1957 Buick Caballero . The coupe you mentioned earlier looked like a late 70s Toyota Celica

At 2:24 rusted car shot up was a 1962 Chevy Corvair. GM answer to VW. Ralph Nader got it off the market
There are some other cars right near there that I'm surprised you didn't cover.
Good video!
When I was a kid back in the 1960s I lived just north of reno Nevada. That spot looks very much the same as I used to go exploring.
Cool
Look at the interesting steering design at 7:35 Ive never seen anything like it.
Thanks for the good video. Regards from Ody Slim
I want the record to reflect that I am the guy who refused to give up the information on the CA car. :).
Doug! What's up dude! Let me get those coordinates lol... I won't share them

I don’t think so because someone took a half track in Utah and now they’re trying to find him
I’m guessing those are in Nevada. Doesn’t look like Az., and it’s full of bullet holes 👍🏻👍🏻.
That 55 wagon still has good rust free parts left I'd be so over that. Those cars look to be in a flash flood area probably nature slamming them around.
The broken glass and the crunched body indicates an old dump. They used to burn it then bulldoze it.
the car you tryed to lift the hood is a 48 pontiac
"Is the motor still in it?"
For sure there's a black widow in it!

Crumbles to the ground, though we refuse to see
Dust in the wind
All we are is dust in the wind
Oh
Now, don't hang on
Nothin' lasts forever but the earth and sky
It slips away
And all your money won't another minute buy ...

the car with mf on it is a 50 mercury
‘73 Beetle.

I see quite a lot of cars on their way to being crushed.
That car buried with tail light showing I think was 60’s Oldsmobile
At 2:19-2:22 or so that was a late 70's Toyota Celica.
where?
Looks like you found an old land fill for trash, garbage and junk. Most of these cars look like they have been crushed and flattened by heavy equipment.
the car on the hill is a 54 chrysler
5:00 imagine finding human remains buried there
The vw looks to be about 59 or 60
Video has more than 12 cars.
I never counted lol
Where's our new video? 😢
Coming soon 🤙
Your special car is Chevrolet
The one on the thumbnail?
Sunscribe! Awesome vid e o
