    Junk volume is easy to get caught up in. I have done it myself. I find picking about 3 exercises per body that you connect with and you can progress. Get as strong as you can on them, when one stalls, switch it with something else. This has worked for me, with little overuse injuries and I'm still making gains after 30 years.

    You forgot to mention that the super minimalist training can also get boring AF. An important point I think.
    There is a balance to be found in my opinion, like you said.
    Also, let me add, those people who seem to be really strong and really big from super minimal training are mostly on roids. (A common modern plague…)

    this SSB Hatfield Squat squats are very goood l swap to this and it work much better than standard one
    much more they hit quads and i can push it much more to failure
