    Does Medicare cover chirrrosis or a Medicare supplement?

    • @MyGovExpert
      @MyGovExpert  Місяць тому +1

      Yes, and if Medicare covers it, then Medicare supplements must pay their share.

    I applied in 2021 to start receiving my social security retirement when I was 65. The lady I was talking to said my disabled adult daughter would receive more if she got it under me instead of her dad and she put in for the change. Awhile later I got a letter that said my daughter didn't qualify so she's still getting it under her dad. Did they do something wrong and would that be a protected filing? Do I just go to the social services office and ask them to check on it? Is she eligible to get the difference from what she would have received under my account since 2021??

    When I applied for ssi, I couldn’t get my lump sum payment. It stated no lump sum payment because of COVID , around 4 years ago, but if I applied for SSID, I would get a lump sum. Please explain

      I would try to speak with a reputable Social Security lawyer in your area

    • @MyGovExpert
      @MyGovExpert  Місяць тому

      Most lawyers won't help you with an issue like that because there's no money in it for them. I would request an appeal and if no satisfaction there, contact your political representative.
