I use perlite most of the time with my propagations & have had great success! I also have experienced the roots pushing up out of the perlite but they still are always healthy! Spag moss is my least favorite, always some rot! Love the experiment! 💚

I tend to use half perlite half vermiculite with great result. I'm not so surprised 😉. Nice experiment!!
