@@efexzium The difference is that pyramid schemes don't pay you a salary, so you have to rely on selling a product that most of the time wont make back the money you spent on them. Let's say its protein powder. First you have to buy a pack of protein powder (most of the time they will try to convince you into buying multiple for a discount) then you have to sell it to anyone you can. Then they will tell you if you hit a quota, you'll get a bonus or an expensive prize. If somehow you're successful enough, you start selling larger quantities to groups of people and boom, you've become the person who originally sold it to you. Thing is, 99% of people will not become that successful because no one wants your damn protein powder and you've spent $500 on packs of protein powder that will be sitting in your garage for years. Or you could just work at JC Penny and make $13 an hour.

First time to this channel. I want to say that I was totally absorbed by the two strands of hair clinging to the foam surrounding the microphone. I was so hyper aware of these two hairs that from 9:49 to 9:51, three entire seconds, I was laser-focused on the fact that this could be their end! It was entirely feasible that Coffeezilla could have dislodged them, brushed them off, completely breaking the force which bound these two hairs to the black foam. He failed. It was unsuccessful. So, I continued watching this video, lost within black foam, watching two clinging strands of hair defy all efforts of removal while successfully grabbing the mental and emotional attention of their audience. An audience of one. Me. What a badass video! I never imagined, until today, that two strands of motionless hair could be so entertaining. Thanks.

I think it's great how they help people identify the way pyramid schemes (or "multi-level marketing" schemes, as they're now called) are commonly pitched, so that the folks watching this show at home don't fall prey to horrible scams like this.
