మీరు ఒక్క విషయం మర్చిపోయారు madam, gated community's లో వాళ్ళు బాత్ రూం లో వాడే నీళ్లు, re-use చేసే నీళ్లు, re-use water only flash లో మాత్రమే వస్తాయి అంటారు కానీ ఒక్క వారం మనం బయటికి వెళ్లి వచ్చాక Taps open చేస్తే మురుగు కలవలో వచ్చే వాసన వస్తుంది, భరించలేని వాసన వస్తుంది Madam. అస్సలు భరించలేము ఆ కంపునీ 😢

One thing I definitely I agree about is that it is starys. Either bring them to your home, wash them, vaccinate them, TRAIN them and feed them. Don't I mean DONOT feed stray dogs and let them rome around our homes. They are strays and we can never predict how they react.
Also put ur pets on leash. I love them but still they are animals and not my animals. I don't know how well YOU have trained them or have CONTROL over YOUR animal.

Madam,You are 100% perfect,recently we purchased gated community house at Ameenpur, when we entered after gruhapravesam, the pains whatever u r explained perfectly matching.The problem for us is in this speed life , we can’t spare to buy site and go for individual house in heart of city or even out skits of the city. Due to this weakness we are all depending to choose apartment where near to your work place and our children schools near by due to traffic problem .Like Hyderabad, most of the metro and even non -Metro 50% of our life only in journey. So, with all above weakness even through knows the pains choosing apartments with amenities,that weakness materialised by the builders .Thank you so much again we can see you with one good concept.

If you care about everything then it's trouble. Just enjoy the gathering, help each other and group travel and kids really enjoy it a lot. It's upto you how much you involves which really does not matter for you. E video lo antha darunam ga ithe nenu chudala and I am in community from last 3 years.
5 acres 550 flats is really good one and don't choose a very big community like 1000+ now a days community are buliding 1500 houses in 9 acres which are worst and no space to spend.

One more Important point is GCT (Gated Community TAX) . Any product/service, normal price say 10/- but with GCT it would be 15/- or more. Sooner or later , buying a property in these communities will be quite challenging.

Gated community usually means single family houses(in India they are referred as Villas). Apartments with amenities are called Condominiums and not gated communities. Any community that has HOA is always hassle for owners.
