@@steel2stone That´s a very interesting and difficult question. Don´t get me wrong i was super hyped when i saw the steel on the new Adamas series, but i was not so hyped when i heard about the geometry, like you said in the video, you will not get the edge retention out of this knife, that it potentially would be capable of. I think it was smart from BM to use this steel, this will probably sell for that reason alone. But i don´t get why they grind so thick. And thats true for almost everything they do. The Adamas was always a hard use knife, i get it, but a high edge retention steel with a thick grind is worse than a low edge retention steel with a thin grind, just saying. But let´s wait for the testing results and see, maybe i am all wrong here.
@@megaronknives3032 so youre mainly against the geometry, not the steel necessarily? I get that. Id rather it be thinner and at a lower angle myself. Benchmade designs most of their knives for the 99 percent of their consumers. Not people like us. Although they did throw us a nod and a wink with the steel and the hardness of the blade. Theyre just looking out for their bottom line. Which is understandable.
@@steel2stone Yeah i guess, but if people use their knives right than that shouldn´t be an issue. Don´t know what their thoughts where, maybe they really try to get the entire market with that strategy.
awesome looking blade .......not a big benchmade fan but this and the super freak are sick 👊
Man I’ve been wanting to get this. Bought the Quietcarry drift instead. I’m going to order one next week
Excellent review! Just ordered mine today. Can't wait until it arrives. Have a good one brother!
Thanks brother. Its a nice one. Enjoy

Thumbs up brother
Not sure if the Cruwear makes sense in that blade... Agree the knife looks great though.
What would you have used?
