Hi julie, thanks for a really interesting video. Im sad to say my lovely husband on the 1st February, im devastated it was such a shock. He was 74 and died because he should have had his gallbladder removed a year or more ago but because of NHS waiting lists etc he got weaker and weaker. Its what makes it even harde to bear knowing it could have been prevented. Its like a living nightmare . God bless xxxxxooooo
Oh, sweetheart, I am so sorry for your loss. I truly understand how you are feeling right now. As you probably know, I lost my husband 3 years ago to cancer. That we did not even know he had until 3 days before He died. So sweetie, my heart goes out to you in every way. I know we are not an area where I can just be there to help you through this. But I'll lift you up in my Prayers, I truly know the devastation. Not that you really are needing advice. But I'm going to encourage you to go through every emotion you feel, work through that emotion. Do not stuff it and do not hide it. If you are angry that day, allow yourself to be angry even if it's angry at God, it's okay. Go through the emotion work through it, but don't unpack and live there. It may take you a while to go through that emotion, But allow yourself to feel whatever it is, even if you're having a good day. Don't let yourself feel guilty for not feeling sad. That's part of the rollercoaster ride of grieving. I know these may seem like trivial things. I'm saying to you and I'm just trying to encourage you to realize how much you are cared for. And through all of this, Jesus loves you and so do I. You do the things to take care of yourself.
Know, that there is hope at the end of the tunnel and you will feel like yourself again at some point. You will never stop grieving for your husband, but at least you will learn how to cope with it and move on and find happiness again in your life. And cherish every memory you have of him. @@juliethethriftydesigner Thanks Julie,it definitely is a rollercoaster. I feel like I've had my left arm removed, it's definitely painful in many ways. Thank you for your advice and encouragement, I have three sons, a sister and her partner and many friends who've been helping and supporting me. But today I'm on my own and it's so quiet!!
