As someone with chronic lower back pain this video is a-mazing! Thank you for doing this video.
Be careful because rolling on nerve pain can further aggravate the issue sometimes. I learned that the hard way. Not sure what your back issue is but something to think about. Be gentle and start slow
@@heatherdean7793 I have sacro-iliac joint issues. In physical therapy we worked on building my core with some of the exercises utilizing a foam roller. I had never seen the use of the small ball that she used in the video. I would like to try one of those.
This workout looks like it would be beneficial for all ages and fitness levels. I think we get so hung up on cardio that we don’t always spend enough time stretching out our muscles. Thanks for this video.

Really liked this. I would have liked a little more emphasizing of the sequence of breathing and how to lay correctly on the roller ie lower back rounded downwards or not for more contact. Will be looking at other videos as they are different and so good, thank you.

‘This is a knock off of the bender ball... bought it years ago to strengthen abs and back....
