I love the paint scheme on this! I'm thinking that if we were to allow these to be used in standard Nerf rounds, maybe we limit them to semi-auto to try to balance them maybe?
Maybe for special rounds only? Like juggernaut. That’d fit well in that use case. Maybe as a temporary “power up” in some game type? I’m sure there’s ways to integrate them in a limited manner without breaking a game. Not for every round though of course.

Or have a ammo limit so only like 100 gellet capacity is allowed.

@@chelbel0624 well yes, I understand that, but I'd like to know what it's compatible with in particular. I'm new to the gel blaster scene, but I do own this blaster in particular, but it could do with a new set of optics and rails, andaybe even a stock. So I'm wondering just what modifications are available, or compatible with this piece of equipment.

@@Mas22313 I think this one performs better than the splatter ball brand,, mines hitting 230 FPS splatter balls hit about 200 fps my sons and I have a full arsenal of gel blasters now but I see they’re coming out with a lot nicer ones nowadays that are more powerful like hitting almost 300 FPS out the box you have to upgrade all the ones I have to get that power we have a vector a scar a couple of HK’s and a couple of M4’s

I'm not really a fan of gel ball in general, but this one seems cool to me. Love the color scheme so much, and that stock being N-strike compatible is super useful!

Love the paint scheme. Love the modularity with the attachments. Better entry blaster than Nerf Mythic. Going to have to pick this blaster up.

also comes with fewer rounds so buy more of those dehydrated gellet bottles
The profile of this blaster makes me think about the rapid red rebelle one, it looks slick !
I'm only here for those who are genuinely interested in this blaster...
It's a dream. Get a good 200 fps. Single and automatic fire. The rails and stock are changeable with most N-Strike and Dart Zone Stocks, and it Stings and Welts like a good butt whooping.
The Only 2 cons for me are, there is no charge handle, so you have to wind the blaster up in auto fire before the rounds are fed up through the magazine, and this also causes single fire to slip into safety somehow i think, and after upgrading to an 11.1v lipo battery with the xt30 connector(male), the single fire has become a single/burst hybrid, which causes the slip even sooner, and the only way to mitigate this is to switch up to auto, fire a few, and then switch back down, which could cost you a game if you're competing. The single fire is SO ACCURATE though. 👌🏾
Does the pulsar pro gun shoot more accurately than the splatrball gun? And is it only more accurate in the semi-auto mode or does it shoot more accurately than the splatrball gun in the auto mode as well?

My biggest issue with gel ball is their appearance, you are just asking to get into trouble with the majority of these that look like real steel. So the paint job on this is such a huge point in it's favor.
I know your point but one of the features people like most of gel blasting is there appearance, while airsoft also replicate real firearms, shooting a plastic bb at your friend would hurt, that's why gel ball is so popular.

Yo I took one of my other gel blasters took the battery off and spliced it into my pulsar pro with two 7.4 volt batteries balls to the wall, it rocks it kicks so much heat.15volts.. the key to the pulsar is you take it easy the first few hours on it and let it really break in on itself and then after that you can just let loose and you won't have any problems at all as long as you drain all water out of it, and now surge has a new rifle out right now as well at Target exclusively
Hello I was wondering if I could use different gel ammo with the pulser or just the ones that come with the gun?

My problem with gel ball, is the time it takes to hydrate the ammo. In the time you are waiting for your ammo to be ready, you could bake 2-3 Stoffer's frozen party sized lasagna back-to-back.
I just toss them in a bucket the night before. Never had a problem yet. I get the inconvenience issue though if you want to have a spontaneous war. That could be annoying.
Yea just keep gels soaking overnight, I leave my gels soaking for several days I just keep them in water until I’m ready to use them gels last a lot longer than people think they’re good soaking in water easily a couple of weeks or so 😎👍

This one is nicer by a teeny bit. Holds an extra hundred rounds. Rate of fire feels a bit faster. BUT the splatrball one is still REALLY good too.

Best nerf stock imo is the supersoaker lightning strike stock, its very strong and has almost zero flex and is mad comfy aswell🤣

Are you cleaning it out after each use? The gel balls dehydrate and stick to the inside of the blaster if you don’t empty it between uses causing it to jam. That’s the first thing I’d check.

This thing was garbage don't buy it. I had one long enough to charge the battery for the first time and shoot maybe 50 gel balls out of it. I switched it to single shot and it didn't do anything. I switched it back to auto and now all the sudden its making this loud ass grinding sound coming from inside the grip. This piece of busted ass shit only cost me $85 for 15 seconds of use. Boy am I impressed

I’ll let you know once I get my Surge XL in next week or so. But for now I totally recommend the Pulsar as being pretty awesome. High ROF and mag fed is pretty sweet. No glow in the dark options for it yet though.

I was skeptical of gel ball at first. Now I love it. However, it is not nerf by any means. Mixing them into nerf games would be tricky, but would be fun if balanced correctly.
