    Why do these buns come out so tender an soft?
    The tender and juicy crumb is thanks to the pumpkin, the main ingredient.
    And they stay tender longer than other buns!
    Take advantage of the fall season because that's when pumpkins are at their best.
    In the middle of the season pumpkins are cheaper and this recipe is on my list at 👉 Economic Recipes 😜
    ▶︎INGREDIENTES FOR THE RECIPE
    -250 g of roasted or cooked pumpkin
    -250 g of condensed milk.
    -50 ml of milk.
    -50 ml of oil
    -500 g of strong flour (and a little more for kneading)
    -1 teaspoon of salt
    -20 g fresh baker's yeast
    -seeds for decoration (chia, poppy, sesame ...)
    -1 egg for painting
    ▶︎ ELABORATION
    Important: All the ingredients must be at room temperature, try to get them out of the refrigerator in time. This way the recipe will come out better.
    Heat the milk for a few seconds in the microwave so that it is warm.
    Dissolve the baker's yeast in the milk and then add the condensed milk, the oil and the grilled (or cooked) pumpkin.
    In a separate bowl, put the salt with the flour of strength.
    Add the pumpkin mixture and stir until the dough begins to come apart.
    Knead on a firm surface until you can make a homogeneous ball (5 to 10 minutes) . Add more flour if it sticks a lot.
    ---------Leave the dough to rest in a warm, draught-free place for 1 1/2 hours-------------
    Over time, it kneads slightly to remove air and forms a roll.
    Cut 50g portions each, form the pumpkin buns by wrapping the dough around itself and leaving the fold for the bottom.
    Place them on the baking sheet 2 cm apart between each bun.
    ---------------Let it rest again, now for 1 hour--------------
    Beat an egg and paint the buns, then decorate them with seeds to your liking.
    Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180º.
    Pumpkin and condensed milk buns should be lightly browned on top.
