Learning to do a double 45 in a week is no small feat, it took me months to do my first. I'm proud of you for sticking with the challenge until the end!
If anyone is wondering how 45 strafes work here's a small explanation: when moving forward without strafing, acceleration gained is scaled by 0.98, but when strafing, it is scaled by 1.0, meaning 45 strafes make you go around 2% faster.

honestly its really nice to see one of these types of videos ending in a failure. almost all of these kinds of videos with time limits always have some sort of "perfect standard" where everyone always does it in the last minute or whatever, but seeing someone not be able to do it makes you realize that not everyone is perfect, and thats good. keep up the great vids man

just letting you know this is ONE OF THE (not just the) hardest jumps done, difficulty is subjective so others would probably say other jumps are harder but this is still up there
and also, this is one of the hardest jumps DONE HUMANLY, a quad 45 is barely doable for a human, but TAS can chain dozens of them, and ive seen a jump that used like over 30 45s, all of them needed for that little bit of extra speed lol

I'm honestly amazed that you were able to complete a double 45 in a single week. I played parkour for maybe 2-3 years and the hardest one I did was the ice quad 45 which a lot of people have done lol

seeing yoru progress has made me realise how good i am at parkour. at 5 hours of parkour id done a double 45, consistent rex bwmm and a bunch of triple neos and neos jumps. i was insane...

You should try doing the The duoquadragintuple 45-strafe next. Its the most precise jump in minecraft which is possible by only 0.0000000000000071 or 9 protons.
This is why Minecraft is the best game
Having played KZ and Longjumps for years in CS 1.6, I find this jump amazing, make a video completing it
Note that it isn't the hardest jump even though completing it is still impressive.

Great video. If you’re looking to do more parkour content in the future, you should try LinkCraft/rankup parkour. The gameplay is broken into nice, video-sized courses called ‘ranks’ which make for great content because there are sections where if you fall, you can lose a lot of progress (very intense/adrenaline pumping). The majority of UA-camrs don’t go deep enough into parkour to actually be able to enjoy them but if you can do a double 45, you can definitely play and enjoy linkcraft.

*Parkour Omega* - Impossible modified and convoluted jumps+ | 4.5 ~ 4.8 Block NEO | 1 Block NEO 2 Glass Stickout | has a knowledge how to do blockhop
That's a major skill gap in between difficulties. And some jumps you mentioned aren't even possible + doesn't exist.
