Join us on our Less Job More Journey adventure as we set out on a high-speed highway route to reach our destination. Now, if you're familiar with riding a Ruckus, you'll know they're anything but high-speed! With a top speed of 40MPH downhill and a tailwind, you're really pushing these little bikes to the limit.
Our ultimate goal on this journey was to reach the Three Guardsmen Mountain. To get there, we scouted an old mining exploration road that led into the mountain basin. We were determined to see if we could take our Ruckuses up that road. After numerous attempts to access the beginning of the road, we had to concede that this route was better suited for hiking or mountain biking. There was just no way to maneuver the Ruckuses through the marsh and over the rocky creek beds. Nevertheless, our day turned out to be nothing short of amazing, with breathtaking scenic vistas in every direction.

What mods do you have on your ruckus
I plan to get a scooter or minimoto next year and take up camping. Am in Quebec.I lived in BC for 30 yrs, not been to the Yukon.High rent has exiled me, miss being able to ride my bike everyday of the year. Great drone footage, cute little dog, Me I have 5 budgies.
Maybe one day if ditch the ruckus get a tw200 dual sport or klr 650 I had a dr200 years ago fun shifting and cruising , but the ruckus is fun nice in steady take the view in and relax
Just wondering are they allowed on B.C. highways? I have mine but always thought it’s not allowed on highways

Check your local and provincial regulations, as long as you right to the right and use the marked shoulder where available it should be fine…..I think the moped laws in Canada are fairly similar now in all provinces, but check to make sure. Safe travels.

Well done. Debating potentially between the Honda Monkey and Ruckus. Started riding young on small Hondas then going to Harleys. Now just looking for a fun “mini” bike. Any thoughts.
The Monkey is more capable, has a 125cc engine as opposed to the 50cc of the Ruckus, and has a 5-Speed gearbox rather than a CVT so you are able to get more out of the engine.
Getting the most out of 4.3 horsepower.
