Hi Bill !!! Rene here from the Patriot Shootout at TreeTops. Nice to see you. I have the same CaddyTrek as yours, but I have the sensor to wear on my front so that I don't have to move the remote from front to back. I bought mine a year ago in February, just days before my health prevented me from golfing until late last September. A few courses here in the Twin Cities have opened this week and I'll be using my CaddyTrek today. I've never used it. I'm so unsure of myself, I don't want to accidentally dump my clubs in a snowbank! I dug it out of my golf storage room last night, watched your video, and put it together for the first time. Thank you, your video helped me relieve some of my fears: If you can do it, I can too! lol See you next August! PS If you are ever in my area, give me a shoutout.
I need a umbrella holder but looks pretty low handle. For uphill, does it flip back even with the stabilizer wheel? looks like the weight is all in the back. Thank you.
You can get her umbrella holder as an accessory in the entire unit is very stable. I never had any problem with my flipping over. I would also suggest looking at our recent review of the R3 version…quite a step up!
It has been a year since you posted your video. How has the Caddy Trek R2 held up? Also have you reviewed the Caddy Trek R3? Enjoy the in-depth review of you actually using the product.

Good to hear from you. Hope all is well!
Superbe démonstration merci Bill;)
Nice one, lovely cart with high-tech features!!! Woow
Does the remote control need line of sight access to the CaddyTrek or can you put the remote in your back pocket for Follow Mode?
Works best w line of site in follow mode. Has a belt/pocket clip so you can hang it on your back pocket.

What about free wheeling mode? A seat would be nice also, I’m 67 years old and need to sit once in a while.
It has free movement mode…and it’s made for walking so there’s no seat

It’s been used almost every day this season and has performed wonderfully for its new owner. Haven’t seen the R3 yet but hope to soon.
How long does it take to recharge
4+ hours
Can I download the video?
well done vid. no walk mode where you hang onto it and can control speed manually?
Yes there is a full remote mode where you can control speed manually
Dont the noisy beeps drive you crazy? I think thats a deal breaker for me... probably
Nope. Non factor
What about accessories, bottle holder, storage pouch for balls or gps, plus the gangle is in the way of the clubs. Looks like a terrible design.
Design is fine. Handle adjusts to be out of the way entirely. You can add accessories. Keep balls in your bag.
