It's really hard to root against Levan. He is so nice and humble but can you imagine the story of one Devon Larratt if he actually beats Levan, I have no other word than LEGENDARY.

beating Levan when he is injured and still fat means nothing, that is why there will be a 3rd match
@@arncj18 Out of shape? probably, Injured right now? I don't think so. Levan is already lifting 60% of his max right now in most lifts, he has started sparring in training sessions and his wrist feels healthy. Match is still in April so he has plenty of time to get back in shape.

You can literally make a movie on Devon larrats story if he beats Levan and just imagine how huge and popular that would be for armwrestling
That is what they're already doing with his documentary.
i'm afraid they are working on just that, fixing that, so there is a 3rd rubber match, financially works for everyone. The first clue is already there, Levan having no warmup match before his biggest match of his life, vs a mutant that is the most confident he's ever been, that every organizers referee seems to favor. Kinda sad we have no young brzenks that are technically able to play with him. Ongarbaev is no Brzenk, he lacks top end power and wrist, thumb etc.
@@nealcassady-yn3bh in order for a sport to be cool, chicks have to dig it, there has to be a cool factor, problem is in this anti-patriarchy left wing world of sensible people AW is not really a priority for most, it's like a side dish sport to the main fightsports.
@@nealcassady-yn3bh didn't want him? i heard he has the best college stats for a QB till now. But i'm no expert, i prefer rugby. Also AFL has tv backing, automatically means sponsors exposure, marketing, it's in the matrix so to speak. AW needs a break or luck to break in .

Side pressure is nothing without pronation and riser, ask Todzilla. You can not apply it proper without them
Sir Is it good to train ur forearm daily ( what about recovery) ? Plz sir tell this question
For arm wrestling generally it’s forearm driven, but working SOME bicep and and very tiny bit of triceps doesnt hurt.
For recovery just the same lifts but a lot lighter weight. Work more for the pump
