I live in bahria town. I m happy here because no problem of water, gas and electricity . But in main Islamabad rents r too high with no water in summer and no gas in winter.
I clearly mentioned the areas of Islamabad which have water issues but all the sectors that receive water from CDA never face any water shortage. Gas load shedding is in whole country but I have got no issues with proper management of time. Bahria town is a fairly nice place and I like it very much. The frequent traffic jams are a big problem for those who have to come out of Bahria town on daily basis.

@@mxshani I live in E-11 and it’s the ground floor of a 6 Marla house with a rent of 70000. There are many guesthouses and air bnb in E-11,you can check the rent online.

@@syedhabib994 yes G-13 is a very good option and the best thing about g-13 is that metro bus stop is in g-13 and it comes in the route of metro bus line 2 that ends at new Islamabad international airport. It will provide a great advantage for your college and university going kids. Just keep in mind that you have to choose a house with gas and no issues of water.

@@zindagihb7223 Mujhay pooray E-11 ka idea nahi hai but jahan may rehti hon almost sub achay log hein but it’s a hot favourite destination for Afghans. I am planning on shifting somewhere else due to water shortage.
Islamabad is based on grid or graph system, where alphabets goes along y-axis (Islamabad Highway) and number goes along x-axis (Kashmir/Srinagar Highway. the zero-point and where these two axis crossed each other (G7-G8/H7-H8). Alphabets are not like, a for apple, b for banana.... It helps to locate locations/ areas, not named any area like other towns/ cities.

Sector marking is based on proximity to Margalla hills national park. you must have heard B 17 sector. it is located at north western tip of Islamabad. Then you have upcoming new sectors of C14 ,15 and 16. They are nearer to national park. Then you have D12. Similarly E,F, G, H , I sectors. Actually Ialamabad becomes wider towards GT road. Initially you have only G 5 and G 6 sectors.
Then you have E7 to G7. THen you have E 8 to H 8. similarly E 11 to i 11. when you have more space then D 12 to i 12. Then little more space it is C 14 to i 14. I hope you under stand.

Bhot acha or detailed analysis kiya hai ap ny har sector ka. bhot shukriya. 1 favor or kr den or pani ki shortage pe 1 video bana den k kin sectors me pani bilkul nai hai or kin sectors mein pani pehly kitna tha or ab kitna hai. supply ka pani kahan kahan ata hai or boring kahan kahan possible hai.

Pani ka bore hr ghar may hai, but pani 10 minute say zyada nahi aata kyun k underground water table low hai. Jo sector jitnay baray number ka hai wahan pani ka issue hai. E-11 may CDA ka pani aata hai aur hr ghar may bore bhi hai is liye pani ki koi kami nahi hai. G-13 may bhi kuch gharon may pani ka problem hai aur G-14 and 15 may problem kafi zyada hai.
Ghar choose kartay hoey wo ghar choose karein jahan CDA ka pani aata ho.

Yes you are right. I have spent 5 years in Karachi and it has its own problems regarding rain,water,electricity and safety etc. Peaceful life is only possible away from crowded cities.

Dear i m responding here, to your queries you asked on my video, we live in g13, our rent is 45000 for a 4 marla house.u were telling that u live in e11 i would like to know if your area is safe for families specially apartments? May i know what's your rent in e11 and the size of house/apartment?
Yes I live in E 11 and this area is very safe because our society has its own barrier and many guards. They have properly functioning cctv cameras in every street. My house is 6 Marla with 2 decent sized rooms, one drawing dining and an open kitchen. I live on ground floor so I have got a porch too. My rent is 60000 right now but the owner has intentions of increasing the rent on completion of one year. Apartments have a high rent than portions and have relatively very small rooms and a very small living room. The reason for high rents in E 11 is the high influx of Afghan people who have migrated from Afghanistan. I will be making a video very soon about all of these things and also about why live in a house portion rather than living in an apartment. I might share my house tour in a future video.
Many people in usa with good jobs in large cities like NY Chicago LA lives in rural 1 hr away and rent an apartment in downtown for weekdays. That is optimum solution for quality peaceful life
You are right that away from city life is peaceful and houses are more luxurious but should you move there totally depends on many factors.
1. Do you need to come to Islamabad on regular basis?
2. Where will you be doing the job or business?
3. Will you spend most of your time at home or go out to different places on weekends?
4. Calculate the distances and then fuel expenses plus time wastage so will you be able to drive for so long and bear expenses?
5. Keeping in view the road conditions of Pakistan and also the safety issues, should you include long travels on daily basis?
6. What about the education of your children?(the remote places might not have a good standard of education)
There are many concerns regarding other things also.
Think about everything then decide something that best suits you and your family needs.

DHA rehtay k liye achi jaga hai but wahan gas nahi hai. LPG cylinders use karna partay hein. Rents bahria town ki nisbat zyada hein aur agar husband ki job pindi ya Islamabad may ho tu long distance travel ki waja say fuel expenses zyada hotay hein. Waisay safe and secure jaga hai.
I am living in low average area of Islamabad known as Ali pur farash town.there is no proper water sewage, municipal or cleaning here.i am so fed up from this place.i hope we will sell our house and leave this place soon

@@stb4525 A single room is available in g9 and g10 in the range of 25 to 30 thousand. I guess It’s very possible to live there and bear all expenses in 1 lac. If your partner is also sharing expenses with you then it will be an extra bonus. There are many cheap ways to live and enjoy a good life, it all depends on the options you choose. I will soon make a video for low income people to guide them how to calculate and manage all expenses while living in Islamabad. How to manage outings in a minimum budget and how to sustain? Just a little wait for that.

Yes because of many reasons. Although rents are affordable in Bahria town and defence but they are out of Islamabad and traffic jams during peak hours are intolerable especially if you are stuck there for long times on daily basis. There are many other reasons like unavailability of gas and long distance travels lead to higher fuel expenses etc etc.

I went to islamabad after many years this February and I've never felt more at peace in my life such a beautiful place. I spent most of my time in Dha phase 2 which was really good but you're right the commute to main islamabad would be long if you had a job there and yh we had to use a cylinder 😂

Check small houses in Bahria town and Faisal town. Houses are expensive in Islamabad so check out the outskirts of Islamabad but make sure there are no issues there.

Kuch schools may written test hota hai then demo aur job mil jati hai. Salary bhi achi hoti hai. Jahan tak E 11 k apartments ki baat hai tu wo bhi 60000 say ooper hein. My dear sister, this is a joke not reality. Apne video meh ghalat information di. E is not elite nor F for foreigners. Sectors are named on the basis of alphabets. Thats it. No other reason.

I haven’t said that these alphabets actually denote elite and foreigners etc etc but rather I have said that I have understood it in this way. For a common person who has zero idea about Islamabad should understand it in easy terms and stay away from the highly expensive areas as they have high rents and big houses. If you disagree that elites live in E sector and most of the houses in F sector are owned by Pakistanis living abroad then you can go and check it out. Try to get inside E sectors except E-11 especially E -7,E-8 and E-10. Try to rent a house in F-10 and F-11 and you won’t be able to meet or even talk to the owners as they are living abroad.
Let me make it clear to you that in the start I told that alphabets are used and numerals are used to denote sectors.( I know that a grid system is followed and sectors are aligned in according to x and y axis but not does a common person). A common person sitting in Dera Murad Jamali wants to move here and rent a house. My information is to guide him to the most economical sectors and tell him that it’s not impossible to live in Islamabad. Watch the video again and I have said that I am telling you my way of understanding and remembering all the sectors. Go and read all the comments and my replies too.
