I am from Karachi and really shocked to see discovery gardens by "Falaknaz group" and seven wonder city by "GFS" group in list of fraudulent societies. Both Falaknaz and GFS are considered as most reliable builders in Karachi who had successfully delivered several projects in past with possession and there are several ongoing projects by these 2 groups in Karachi where construction work is on full swing. Don't know why they have failed to launch and deliver their project in Islamabad. Really feel sad to see their names in the illegal society list.

Worst marketing company is star marketing company. They marketed shops in walayat complex bahria town rawalpindi and projects were not delivered as expected. Plaza shops are still vacant there with no business activity or rental. Then they disappeared from the scene after trapping the investors and left them high and dry. There is one society next to Al Haram just behind Fatima Jinnah University campus 2, Known as University home or University city. The cases are pending in different courts but the result is zero. It's better to invest wherever you live.

I have booked a 10 Marla plot in Capital Smart City Executive Block and paid the whole amount. In balloting I have been allocated a plot in the Executive Block D but till now l have not given plot possession in spite of 6 years have passed. On enquiry I have come to know they do not have any land for Block D and my investment is blocked. I have been retired and waiting for possession to construct a house. Please guide me what to do ?.
Brother what I have seen is their main priority is to deliver overseas first, like in Lahore same scenario Ho rha vhan b overseas tymly deliver hone k kareeb ha but executive again badduaya huwa ha .. my recommendation is to sell out this plot as it is and go for overseas east or overseas central they’re the main blocks of csc otherwise you have to wait till their choice ..

What about those societies which are basically not on such big level they would need approvals but they are selling plots with Inteqal and registry.
There is one society next to Al Haram just behind Fatima Jinnah University campus 2, Known as University home or University city. They have small land but they are selling their plots on Registry and Inteqal basis. Are they valid ?
These societies are not reliable due to lot of issues like severage , qabza , electricity meter issues, gass meter issues etc ..

Overseas Pakistanis don't invest in Pakistan because 5000 affectees only in Jinnah Garden more than this in defence Valley, jammu and kashmir housing and many more housing societies people are waiting of possession of plots after paid all dues for the past 20 years and still there's no hope to get possession. The cases are pending in different courts but the result is zero. It's better to invest wherever you live.
