- Hi guys in this video I'm going tot each you how to dig a volleyball. Super important stuff in the things to consider chapters. The table seen in chapter "Read the Game" was made by @TrevorRagan. An incredible creator with a huge background in motor learning. Highly recomend the dive into that rabbit hole.

this content is so fundamental and backed up with explanations and facts that beginners will unfortunately find this video difficult, but that's not the case - it's all necessary. And I can say that this video is extremely useful from a practical point of view and correct from a technical point of view, that I would show it to any beginner in volleyball)

Nice videos Artie - great and accurate descriptions of the fundamentals especially with enforcing 3-step shuffle to pass. Often we see young players try to take one big lunge, overextending to a misread or falling down. One point for viewers - many coaches teach passing outside our midline and angling the platform to target. Consider both styles as you’re learning.
I really wanna improve my pass and this is probably the best way to learn it! The feeling when u wanna pass a serve and completely fail it...awful

I was really confused at first because I was like: I have already seen this video but some things are new didn't I see it all? But yeah it is a remake. Very nice ideas, I'll be practising with them in mind.

Hey coach, I think a video on serving strategy would be Great. Especially with each rotation/formation
Please make a video on how to learn smash and cover all the aspects like jump technique, hand contact, shoulder , hips and the " C " posture that professional volleyball players make with their back and legs during serve and attack.

How do you get your passes higher so your setter has all 3 options for all 3 hitters?
yo coach artie im curious, if you are a backrow setter can u jumpset in frontrow?
Yes, as long as you don't accidentally attack the ball from above the net while in front of the 10 foot line, including both intentional dumps and accidentally setting over the net. You can also get in trouble if you try to save an overpass from getting over, but the opponent manages to block it first, as you might get called for an illegal block yourself when the ball is returned to your side.
