This is actually quite a useful lesson. I've been speaking English for decades and probably heard people using "causative structure" & the one in the instagram video (whatever it is) but I don't recall using it myself simply because it does indeed sound a bit weird in a head of non-native speaker.
I'm proud of myself because I know all of this. I can even add more: The teacher had us laughing the whole lesson. The movie had me crying. We'll have you running in a week
