Definitely one of the coolest streets in the USA!!!! Although it lost a little flare...back in the 90s like our host mentioned it was without a doubt one of the places to be seen!!!! I think the generation is more of being seen renting some yacht on near some exotic island!!!!
The street is making a comeback in the last year or so, several new restaurants and bars have opened
