This is a 2 tier wedding cake frosted in swiss meringue buttercream, and filled with pastry cream. Bottom tier is 8x6 and top tier is 7x5. I used a total of 4 Swiss meringue buttercream recipes to cover this cake.

Hi ..okay lng po mag add ng sugar like 30 grams more.?. gusto ko pa Kasi medyo tumamis.. di po ba maapektuhan ung texture ng SMBC
