- Ingredients:
140 grams cheesecake, at room temperature
20 grams butter, at room temperature
4 large egg yolks, at room temperature
50 ml milk, at room temperature
40 grams cake flour
4 large egg whites, at room temperature
80 grams sugar (divided in 3 parts)
Tools:
10x14 inches pan
8 inches round cake pan
Bake in preheated oven at 120 degrees Celsius (248 degrees fahrenheit) for 1 hour ang 45 minutes to 2 hours or until a toothpick/skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.

This cake looks fluffy and pillowy soft. Those egg yolks are really orange. I am not much of a baker. I find that it is too much of an exact science. I like throwing in whatever I want and that won't work for baking. You are very talented in that regard! Cheers! Sandee
Yeah, they really are that orange. Farmers said, the more orange the egg yolk's color is, the healthier. They said, they added more vitamins to their chickens' food so they can produce nutritious eggs.

Cake flour means maida ryt chechi..
And one more doubt why was baking powder and baking soda not added for this recipe
Hi! Thanks a lot for watching! Yes, maida is cake flour. I chose not to add baking powder / baking soda to give the cake a super fine texture.
