First of all, I love Apocalypse. I think it's a very underrated movie. Second, you dont get chills when Magneto throws that bullet into Charles' back?? I do every time. At the end of the day, ignoring all the nerdy nitpicks, this film achieved everything we wanted and more. Its a superhero film for the ages and succeeds on all levels. Truly a great, great film.

I love how the first teaser introduces the idea of the movie that takes place in the future and the past setting with all the returning characters. the second trailer focused the tone of the future, and the final third trailer shows the tone of the past.
1:58 "Everything we do now. Is in your hands." This line ends right at Mystique. I don't know if this was intentional or by accident. The whole story does comes down to her decision. So very well done.
I don't know how anyone could've come out of this disappointed, it's everything an X-fan could want in an X-men movie. After watching this I trust Fox with the franchise. If it were to go back to Marvel they wouldn't ever be able to put out new IP's. That being said, they should let Marvel handle Fantastic Four.
They should totally give fantastic four back, because it would blow open the possibilities with thanos and the infinity stones, as fantastic four were the first to deal with all of that, not to mention bring in great villains like galactus and annihilus.

I watched "X-MEN: Days of Future Past" for the first time a month ago. The best X-MEN movie ever. 10/10! Why? Many reasons. The story was great because it stayed on track for me and made sense the whole time. Great dialogue, A-list performances, and as always, Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Lawrence are in it, so what's not to like? Criticism? A little. One problem I had was the great Jennifer Lawrence was given so little to do. She was almost like a standby character the whole time, a major problem since her character kinda carries the plot and conflict. Also, a SERIOUS lack of action. OK, I know we got Quicksilver and a floating baseball stadium dropped around the White House, but other than that it felt slow and much calmer than all the other films. Overall, an ace movie. I agree, it is the best X-MEN movie since X2. Just next time, maybe add five or ten more minutes of action in there, and then we'll talk.

Yeah that wasn't in the film and I honestly don't know how they could have fit it in because they were talking to her at the x-mansion. Which she was never in, at least in this movie.
Most people that don't like this movie or any other X-Men movies must be Marvel fanboys. They think Marvel is really "all that" and it's the most perfect think. They don't appreciate well directed, written and acted movies, they just want a bunch of childish action movies. I like Marvel movies, but in my opinion X-Men is better, especially Days of Future Past which makes most Marvel movies look like a happy meal.

easily deserved to be in the conversation for Best Picture. Take away the superhero aspects of this film and there is a bunch of social commentary on discirmination and assimilation. On top of that, that scene between young and old Charles is Oscar worthy alone. The music, the script, the performances, all were worthy of a Best Picture nomination

It's totally fucking natural for a teenage girl to freak out when she sucks the life essence out of her boyfriend. Her reactions were a lot more natural in the more grounded and reality-based world of the movies. And I think of Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man the same way. Garfield felt and feels far too unnatural.

Oh man if only i could go back in time to when i was 13 and first watch this movie with my dad at the cinema. Im such a fan, i remember watching this trailers being so hyped for the movie. Im sorry avengers but nothing will bring me such happiness, except maybe tobey maguire coming back as spiderman. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
When you saw that every single trailer for this movie was excellent, you knew that you were in for something special.
IKR? That's how I felt and that's how I still feel. I knew this was gonna be special. And yet, the hype, the marketing, the grosses had nothing on Infinity War.... :-( And DOFP actually deserved all that success.

Even James Mardsen said himself he wants to return as Cyclops in the next X-men: Apocalypse. There is no X-men without Cyclops anyway. This is called Days of Future PAST. Hopefully it will lead to Cyclops returning somehow.
I will admit, the first couple trailers didn't excite me for the movie. But this one... I'll be there opening day to see it.
Apocalypse was a good film but this is still the best X-Men movie that Singer did in my opinion.

Also, Magneto lifts a stadium. Between the Golden Gate Bridge, a radio telescope, and a submarine, he seems to like moving around landmarks.
He controls Sentinels in the previous trailer. Somehow, he reminds me of Darth Vader.
X-Men used to evolve around Cyclops/Scott back days in X-Men- Evolution (animated). The movies are more focus on Wolverine. I guess Wolverine is more fun huh?

This is absolutely amazing! I've been looking forward to X-men: Days of Future Past. Wolverine, Storm, Cyclops, Professor X and Mystic, and do I see the Sentinels too? Epic!!!

Gosh just that clip of storm gave me chills from that facial expression. Can't wait to see what halle brings. Limited I know but I feel we will be satisfied

Luke I wish we would have seen the comic rouge but I highly doubt we will see that until they reboot.

Just like what Bryan Singer has done with Bobby, I'm glad he has lead up to this. It's totally fucking natural for a teenage girl to freak out when she sucks the life essence out of her boyfriend. Her reactions were a lot more natural in the more grounded and reality-based world of the movies. And I think of Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man the same way. Garfield felt and feels far too unnatural.
yeah that facial expression on Storm tho. It would be nice to see Rogue with her super strength and invulnerability

She has a bit part in the original trailer. AND the horrible future war scenes actually take up 30% of the film. I really don't see how Bryan Singer can NOT show Rogue in action.
The X-Men franchise just keeps getting better and better. I love how they make this a story that is closely related to the current reality of humanity. Is the future set? Are we destined to keep killing ourselves and destroying all the good and beautiful life in this world? Can we stop the current trends set forth by scared selfish entitled children playing at being gods?

Well crafted film, enjoyed every second of it, the story line is just sensational, not to forget to mention the whole cast are just unbelievably talented 10/10!
