    In 2019; more than 85,500 Indians got PR status in Canada. That's a HUGE number for a single year. In the next 3 years Canada will grant 1 million (10 lakhs) PR visas. That translates to a huge opportunity for Indians who aspire to get a PR visa & settle in Canada. Good luck !!!!!

    Thanks for the informative video! The point at 4.28 is confusing. For example in Ontario they will not accept an application to pnp express entry if you dont have ircc exp entry profile and they will choose from EE pool and send NOI. They like only candidates with crs > 430. Can you please check on this point and update the info. Thanks

      ShilpaRaju,
      My pleasure 🙏🏻😊
      Alberta also picks candidates itself from the EE pool so it’s necessary to have Express Entry profile in the pool for both provinces. This condition is already specified in the description box above because this is where we youtubers provide additional or missing information the day when we upload the video.
      Thank you for notifying this to me anyways :)

    What if we come to one province via PNP but after couple months we could not find any job and we would like to move to another province?

    • @AmertaRoopani
      @AmertaRoopani  4 роки тому

      P Putri,
      If you have been looking for a job related to your NOC Code and haven’t found one, you have right to look elsewhere as per “mobility Rights”, also confirmed at the official website of Canada Immigration:
      www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1113&top=6
      However, you will need to document all your job search activities during that period of time such as:
      * Proof of your job search and your rejection emails or letters
      * Proof of residence in the province (lease, etc) as well as your electricity and/or gas bills
      * Proof that you have or have requested the healthcard
      * Any other document that can prove your initial intent to stay in the province.
      Also, you should contact your province's immigration authorities and tell them about your intentions to move and your reasons why. You should do this because they will know sooner or later, as provinces keep track of their provincial nominees.
      I hope it answered your question.

    1) You said there are two ways to apply through Express Entry, how a person can get nomination from province before creating the profile?
    2) If going through Express Entry and gets Score below the CRS score than they will automatically apply in the PNP program or person needs to apply again for the PNP program and if nominated then he/she get the 600 points and can apply for PR. Please guide me in this???

    I worked in Dubai(UAE) from June 2004 till October 2009 (5years). Now, 10 years as passed.
    Do I need PCC (Police Clearance Certificate) from UAE.
    From November 2009 onwards, I am living in India.

    • @AmertaRoopani
      @AmertaRoopani  4 роки тому +1

      As per IRCC you don't need to because 10 years have been passed. However, the immigration officer may ask for additional police certificates from any time in your life since you were 18 years old. So..I would recommend you to obtain your police certificates for each country/territory where you (or a family member) have lived for 6 months or more in a row so that you are ready to submit them when requested by an officer in order to avoid future delays.
      Just FYI, You don’t need to give them police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.

    • @kuriousminds2019
      @kuriousminds2019 4 роки тому +1

      Hi Jinesh,
      It would be hard to track each PNP program by yourself. If you are eligible for submitting an Express Entry Profile, your best bet would be to keep your interest open to 'All Provinces & Territories' and once you qualify for any program you would be automatically selected. The paper based PNP programs are the ones that need to be tracked continuously as they are the ones usually for 'first come, first served'.
      I hope this helps,
      Kurious Minds!

      To get settle on your own the minimum age requirement is 18 but in certain cases it could be lower too.
      So as per my knowledge, there is no age limit set by Canada immigration for any program. Even if you are 100 years old and fulfill the immigration criteria... all they would say is “Welcome to Canada” 🇨🇦😊

    • @kuriousminds2019
      @kuriousminds2019 4 роки тому

      Hi Manjit,
      If you select Ontario in your EE profile, only Ontario will have access to your file and you will receive PNP from that province. I would have select that you are interested in 'All Provinces & Territories' in order to qualify for a PNP from any other province. But, yes..you will have to move and live in that province for at least 2 years otherwise the province could file a case against you with IRCC for misrepresentation in your PR file if you don't move to that province or move out of that province soon after getting your PR.
      I hope this helps and is not too late for you.

      Hi Abdu Hafi,
      If you have graduated at a Bachelor's degree or lower from any Canadian University, you need to apply within 3 years of graduation, but you will also need a valid job offer to qualify.
      If you have had a Master's or higher from a University located in B.C, then you don't need a job offer but still must apply within 3 years of graduation.
      I hope this helps and is not too late for you.
      Kurious Minds!

      Metikota Manohar,
      For 2019, following PNPs are considered suitable for those who live outside of Canada and they don’t have any connection with Canadian provinces:
      1)Saskatchewan’s International Skilled Worker 2) Ontario’s Human Capital Priorities stream 3) Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry (Category B in which no job offer is required however, applicant has to fulfill the in-demand occupation requirement).

    I have 3 years software programmer experience and 2 years retail sales supervisor experience. Can I obtain points for 5 years experience or only 3 years experience if i am applying as software programmer?

    • @AmertaRoopani
      @AmertaRoopani  4 роки тому +1

      Absolutely, you can claim points for multiple work experiences under different NOCs (0,A, and B only) as long as the work experience under each NOC is continuous for 12 months atleast.
      However, in order to get into the EE pool you must have atleast one year of continuous work experience in the primary NOC that you will use for your immigration application and in your case you do have required work experience (3 years) in your primary occupation (Software Programmer ) that you will use in the application. So go ahead and claim the points :)

      @AmertaRoopani  4 роки тому +1

      Thank you Anirudda Pal 🙏🏻 and I am glad that you found this video helpful.
      Answer to your question:
      Yes, you will have to apply separately for each program because each program has its own requirements and criteria.
      For example: Quebec doesn’t participate in any of these immigration programs (express entry, rural northern and Atlantic) because Quebec has its own immigration programs and you will have to apply accordingly.
      I will make videos on all of these programs near future to clear all the confusions.
      Hope I answered your question.
      Good luck!
