Hey Guys,
Hope you all are doing great!! In todays video I have talked about one of the programs that not everyone is aware of, called Employer Job Offer-In Demand Skills Stream, under the Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (OINP).
In this video I will walk you through the complete application process step-by-step, will discuss the requirements, application fees for both, in-demand skills stream and PR, and process time.
NOTE: Guys after uploading the video I realized that one of the important requirements was missed in the slideshow and I apologize for that.
You must have at least 9 months of full-time (or the equivalent in part-time) paid work experience in ONTARIO, in the same in-demand occupation (same NOC code) as your job offer.

They dont hire you if you've dont have a Canadian permit, just a waste of time unless you have a very high skilled that they lack in Canada.
all this immigration of foreigners is making it challenging for young graduates to find jobs because many employers would much rather hire foreigner experienced people who will work like slaves than hiring local grads who will work in accordance to law.

Dear Amerta, please two questions 1) i am 45 years old, am i eligible? 2) as you said in the end that on visit visa status also one can apply so if someone apply and his/her visit visa expires while process started so he/she can stay in Canada? Best regards

exactly. These people keep making videos on things that give them views, when in reality they didn't immigrate this way.
Being in canada and using this websites extensively chances are extremely blink to find a job offer especially from india coz the amount of international students who are already here will be the first one to apply for getting job offer as the CRS score is way to high for express and the one’s who are here in ontario after 12th they have no chances to get federal express invite hence those excess number of students would do any job who provide lmia and help them to get PR. But well there is no harm in trying your luck as you are not paying anything to use these websites so i would say chances are really really slim but try your luck, you never know whats waiting for you ahead!

Hire a "Licensed Immigration Consultant" based in Canada. They preview your profile and work on your profile with professionalism. Do not hire local agents in your respective country who are more like brokers and does not hv licence. If you hv friends or relatives in canada they can refer you to licenced immigration Consultant based in Canada.

I have seem many video which say OINP needs minimum 400 crs points to get Notification of interest.but after trucking(as it is noc c) it only equals to early 300’s. So, is it possible to get NOI for OINP for score lower than 400’s

@Sun Shine sir, I am sure u must be aware of the fact that medicine degrees are not recognize in other countries, u have to clear their specific exam to get ur practice rights, however, such condition are not applicable in case of professors and other courses.
May i know the part time work of 1200 hours or 18 months in in-demand skill of OINP is consider worked during study permit or it is calculated only on the basis of worked after study permit that is during work permit?

Hey @Amerta, Even if the employer gives a job offer, it will take a few months for the person to reach Canada right? So will they consider hiring a person from abroad?

Hi one of my friend of friend applied for OINP and he had a telephonic interview from Canada. He have been directed to the agency saying they are going to process the paperwork for him.
Now the agency said he needs to pay 3 Lakhs INR to get the offer letter. He have been given a agreement in a 20 rupees bond.
Is the above is advisable to go ahead ? I have all the details such as company name which took interview, agency name (website link) etc., if required.

Mam do we need to clear IELTS and education certificate before applying for job? Or should we proceed with it after getting confirmation about job?
And another thing, i saw a condition... Its written before applying we have to work for atleast 9 months.....

I would recommend you to do it before you apply for the jobs so that you can show them in your resume/cv.
Also, employers give preference to those who have IELTS results and ECA report ready to submit.
For the work experience, if you are applying through federal skilled worker category then:
You must have atleast 1 year (1560hrs) of skilled work experience WITHIN the last 10 years. Please see the link below to check the requirements for other categories of EE.

Must one show prove of funds during OPNP application yet he/she already has a job offer? Am asking this coz in IRCC Express Entry application, one need not to show proof of funds if he/she got a job offer.
What about "anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job. If you are not currently authorized to work in Canada, employer will not consider your profile"? Its in all the job posting in job bank. Does it mean anyone not having a work permit or not living in Canada is ineligible?
Hi Ma'am Amerta, you mentioned on the last part of the video. Visitor visa can apply a work permit within Canada or inside Canada. Is it allowed to search for a job and stay in Canada while waiting the work permit?

Here's the pain point: How will a Canadian employer give me a job offer when I am outside Canada and wait for me to apply for PNP and then Express Entry when they can employ someone else there. A lot of videos talk about the same bs to get views but no employer will recruit people from outside Canada and patiently wait for them for a year until they are able to come. It's supply and demand
