IMPORTANT NOTE: Please send ONLY the attested, verified and sealed enveloped credentials with genuine academic value. Otherwise WES usually check your non-attested cert.first and make decision. Once "No Academic Value" decision announced, WES will no more process of your rest/remaining credentials, no matter even these degrees are gained from Oxford University. so be careful.
So guys, if you have completed regular 4years' BTech - documents are 1. "consolidated marks transcript"- which has all semester marks in one place. Apply for the consolidated marks transcript in the university. They will give you in a sealed envelope. 2. "Photocopy of Original Degree" - that is degree certificate. take a Xerox/photocopy, do not send original. Send these two in other sealed cover. Don't open the envelope that University has given. I wanted to be more specific to the people like me. One thing to remember, University will never give you multiple copies of original degree. So it has to be photocopy only. Semester and consolidated memos will get for 40/- each in an envelope. So send transcripts as it is.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will soon make a video on that as well. Basically, we just have to keep the sealed and attested transcript envelope (WES reference no written and as specified by WES) with the copy of degree certificate (send a clear and legible copy of this document to WES. Do not send your original document) and keep it in a bigger envelope of good quality. Write down the Toronto address of WES and the reference as well on the bigger envelope and send it across through trusted international courier service. Hope this information is helpful.

W.e.f. 1st Dec, 2018, WES Canada has mandated that the transcripts should be sent directly to them by the institution and they will not accept the transcripts through the applicant himself/herself, college, or any third party. In this regard, would you please shed some light on the following points? 1. What does the term 'college' indicate ? Now, here in Mumbai, we have many colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai. And though the final degree is conferred by the UoM, entire course curriculum is imparted by the college only. So, would WES Canada reject the transcripts directly sent by that college, even if it is affiliated to the UoM ? 2. What course of action is recommended if the institution is not ready to send the transcripts directly to WES Canada ? Thanks in advance for the revert.

"On December 1, 2018, WES modified the document requirements for applicants educated in India. WES requires all documents to be mailed directly to WES by the institution that issues them. This means that WES will not accept documents sent by colleges (except autonomous colleges), applicants themselves, third party agents, or anyone else." Please guide.

There is a confusion on the name of the documents required to be sent to WES. Please confirm if below understanding is correct. 1. Graduation & Post grad - Transcripts 2. Graduation & Post Grad- Certificate of Degree. Which document is this?..Is it the convocation, the passing certificate or statement of marks(issued only for final year through university and for prior years through respective college) 3. Grad post grad Marksheets- for all the years of only final year. Again the years other than final year will have the same issued by college and not the university.

If not, assuming I don't intend to apply Canada PR for another 5 years - If WES sends the document to Canadian Immigration database before this period, how long Canadian Immigration hold that document WES sent on my behalf in their database?

W.e.f. 1st Dec, 2018, WES Canada has mandated that the transcripts should be sent directly to them by the institution and they will not accept the transcripts through the applicant himself/herself, college, or any third party. In this regard, would you please shed some light on the following points?
1. What does the term 'college' indicate ? Now, here in Mumbai, we have many colleges affiliated to the University of Mumbai. And though the final degree is conferred by the UoM, entire course curriculum is imparted by the college only. So, would WES Canada reject the transcripts directly sent by that college, even if it is affiliated to the UoM ?
2. What course of action is recommended if the institution is not ready to send the transcripts directly to WES Canada ?

Sheetanshuji, Thanks for sharing knowledge. Following is written on WES website. This means that there is no option 2 for india?
"On December 1, 2018, WES modified the document requirements for applicants educated in India. WES requires all documents to be mailed directly to WES by the institution that issues them. This means that WES will not accept documents sent by colleges (except autonomous colleges), applicants themselves, third party agents, or anyone else."

1- am told that for Mumbai University Bachelors, Transcripts are NOT required true ?
2- am told, to send Marksheets of Sem I-IV attested by College n sent in a sealed envelope
3- also Marksheets of Sem V-VI & Final Degree cert copies attested by Univ n sent to WES in a sealed envelope directly
4- that WES doesn’t consider a 6 month (less than 1 year that is) PG Diploma. Even the highly sought after n popular PG-Diploma in Advanced Computing of CDAC. This one is an intense full day (10 hour) 6 month course.
5- if your answer to any query above contradicts to above, can i change my WES application after having paid/ got the Reference Number

There is a confusion on the name of the documents required to be sent to WES. Please confirm if below understanding is correct.
1. Graduation & Post grad - Transcripts
2. Graduation & Post Grad- Certificate of Degree. Which document is this?..Is it the convocation, the passing certificate or statement of marks(issued only for final year through university and for prior years through respective college)
3. Grad post grad Marksheets- for all the years of only final year. Again the years other than final year will have the same issued by college and not the university.

During skill evaluation(WES) process, is it necessary to be activated on current employment which I am showing in WES?
Suppose, if I left my job, and didn't continue to work, am I still eligible for skill evaluation?
In 'Do Not', clearly mentioned that Only Bachelors & Masters Degree should be filled. But in 'My Application', you asked to send Mark Sheets too in the Envelope.
Please Clarify.
1) Does the Degree/Diploma Certificate required by WES needs to be attested via University/SBTE (state board of technical education) ?? What is the procedure for Certificate Attestation at University & SBTE ?
As the Transcripts ( Degree/Diploma) will be anyways attested by University/SBTE.
2) After attestation, Degree/Diploma Certificate required by WES should be directly couriered to WES by individuals ( given on WES website) ? If not then below question
3) The Transcripts from University & SBTE will be separate set of sealed documents which should not be tampered,
Single envelope will contain below ??
2 set of transcripts ( Diploma & Degree )
1 Degree attested certificate
1 Diploma attested certificate
