      @@UbberMapper I found it strange how he never mentioned the original creator of the puzzle, who explicitly said to not charge others money, and just proceeds to promote his Etsy store. But yeah, the creator, Oskar Van Deventer, published this along with all of his previous works in his website: *insert his whole name* _dotHere_nl *slash*Print -It -Yourself*slash*
      Edit: forgot to mention that the creator has his own channel with a playlist that lets you preview all the models he published. His channel is OskarPuzzle and the playlist is titled "Print-It-Yourself Puzzles"
      Edit2: I do hope you and many others see this. Who knows how many other of his works aren't actually his. I don't know this because I don't have time to look it up, but it's definitely odd.

    I can see why the number of moves increases exponentially with the number of pieces; it takes multiple red piece moves for one orange piece move, and it takes many orange piece moves for one yellow piece move, and so on and so forth. It's like counting upward in some base!

    btw, if you printed more of the green and yellow pieces, you could extend It indefinetly.
    cool. the green and yellow pieces are the same, but are flipped along the straight edge when added to the puzzle.
    The ones with a 90° corner(pink, blue, red) and orange are 'finishng' parts to start and end the progression.

    • @Wyld1one
      @Wyld1one 6 місяців тому +9

      Oh and regarding green and yellow, you can add them one at a time if you want too.
      so a 'complete' puzzle can have from 4 to (4+n) parts

      Awesome. How long did it take you to assemble the 12 piece version?

    • @SGee1967
      @SGee1967 6 місяців тому +4

      It took me around 2 hours to assemble the 12 piece version as the more pieces added the more moves and time it’s takes I worked out that you could add an infinite number of the yellow and/or green pieces to extend the puzzle I think a 12 piece version is large enough maybe one day I might make a larger version of this puzzle
      It also can become very confusing to know which piece needs to be move and in which direction it needs to be moved

      @@FireyDeath4 technically, you could program a robot to be the teacher of your children too.
      it may be systematic but you need to know what system to follow since the solution depends on what pieces are being used and in what positions/places.
