It's not surprising to me that no one is in custody yet. We swore off Missouri after an incident of Road Rage on the Interstate through Missouri, back in 2022. An intoxicated driver sideswiped us on the interstate, and we sat on the side of the road for 3 hours. Police never showed up, after calling multiple times, and even submitting photo evidence of the incident, with license plates, to the local police! NOTHING was ever done. Missouri has a law enforcement problem that does NOT work for citizens.

I understand to a certain extent not being aware of things once you're home. Unless I have a dr appointment, on my days off from work, I literally go nowhere and rarely go outside. I watch YT, play ganes on my tablet and watch movies. I'm blissfully unaware of what is happening outside my door unless im watching the security cameras. I work in food service and people are so exhausting. So, on my days off I dont want anything to do with people. Grocery delivery? Leave it. I'll grab it when you go away. Mail package? If i ain't gotta sign, leave it. I'll grab it eventually. Solicitor? Im dead. Go away. But i am fully aware of who is knocking on my door, when they're knocking and usually why (Nest doorbell 😃). My neighbor parked her truck in my driveway for 2 days and since i didnt bother to look at the security cameras, I was dumbfounded when she thanked me for letting her use the driveway. So I can understand just not knowing they were dead outside..but some one beating on your door? entered your house? Nope. I don't buy that.
Agreed. I like in northern Wisconsin aka Packerland. I’m 10 miles from town ups, fedex, mail delivery frozen tundra. If I’m off during the week in winter I’ll look out the back yard but I’m not going out there. That sucks though. That cold snap KC got was unusually bad. Last April 2023 we had unexpected 70’s-80 degree temperatures for about 4 days in a row. 20’s at night. 2 teens were at a house party drinking etc during the 78’ day, partying into the night they got lost in the woods & eventually froze to death. Sad story too.
All family members were calling and or texting, emailing the home owner. Odd, he didn't answer one call, email, or text??? It's been said the text were read. Doesn't add up. If I open a text or an email, and it's someone desperate for an answer, I would respond.
I think those men died from an accidental overdose and the home owner is terrified that he will be held responsible. I don’t really think it’s strange for him to move so suddenly though, I mean, 3 of his best friends just died there! Who would want to stay in that home?
COMPLETELY agree, I bet they went outside to smoke a joint that was laced and were overcome that quick, the family and news(to an extent) are pushing this angelic persona onto all of them BEFORE the toxicology reports are complete where those results WONT be accepted for what it is,
He certainly got a place fast. I can understand not being able to or not wanting to stay there but shortly after bodies are found a U Haul moving all your stuff? toxic poisoning...their friend just passed out before they did...he got to blackout inside the home and doesn't have a clue why they were outside. Have you ever dealt with these idiot partying types who push it too far? You cannot wake them up once they blackout, so he has no clue
One of the victims baby mothers said that there was another guy who left before midnight since he had work and they were all playing a dice game when he left...her name is adriana and there is a channel that interviewed her
A victim’s cousin(being interviewed) said they died, then were frozen-that they did not freeze to death. Interesting why/how the thinks that or knows that.
They need to check the home owners phone to see his locations to see if he really didn't leave his house. They should also check with the neighbors to see if they ever saw him leave his house in case he left with out his phone. His story is hard to believe. A lot of the time when people are killed it's a family member or friend responsible.
So sorry to the family and friends of these individuals. This is so heartbreaking 💔 and real suspect. Solve this and lock somebody up! Someone's responsible for this thats for sure😢
Alcohol can easily be responsible for this. It makes you feel warmer than you are, while at the same time causing you to more rapidly lose body heat. Alcohol has been the contributing factor for many freezing deaths throughout the history of pub crawling.
ABSOLUTELY!, another angle is that fentanyl is found in EVERY drug whether you want it in there or not, accidental fentanyl overdoses are getting epidemic, part of "cooperating" would be divulging recreational drug use and where it was obtained-no one is going to volunteer such info ESPECIALLY as it pertains or connects to possible homicide(s), the more they "celebrate" these men's lives as unblemished angels the harder it will be to accept the TRUTH,
@@KPow600 People tend to get black out drunk in groups. Not watch one person get drunk, while the others stay sober. And drunk groups of people do stupid things together, like freeze to death. Or go for joy rides into a lake/pond/river, where they then can't escape a sinking car. It happens somewhere in the U.S. every year. Sure, drugs could be responsible, but alcohol is easier to obtain for most folks. And has a high enough death rate that we now have AA groups getting mandated attendees through court orders. So, Occam's Razor says look for beer/liquor bottles first, then other causes. And yes, the person that lived may have gone inside and been blackout drunk for over 24 hours. I've seen it happen before in the military.
I really don’t think it’s complicated. I honestly feel it was just as simple as them taking something that made them pass out. When you’re sleeping, you’re quiet. How would the people inside know? Especially if they were high\drunk too??? The guys passed out, and froze. That’s just my take on it, I could be wrong. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
"Someone has to end up in custody over this." Look, this is tragic. Incarcerating someone for what may be a civil litigation case isn't going to change anything. Two wrongs don't make a right. The determination of what was consumed that night should clarify the matter. As for people remaining in the house, the need for things being "fishy" is part of society's narrative but the truth may be more basic as in someone was on a bender or irresponsible. At this point, it seems more like a civil case than criminal from media reports.
The question still remains as to why they were in the back yard and not the front. If it were warm... Sure. Why in the cold outside nowhere near their cars waiting for them.
I guess if you make that decision after you investigate... but what if somebody is responsible for deaths? That would go beyond civil into criminal wouldn't it? Seems weird to just write it off as a loss without question...
This is a tragic accident. Party goers get drinking, go out back, get cold, fall aleep, and die. Freezing to death is not a painful way to die as shown by the hundreds of mountain climbers who simply got tired, sat dwn, and froze to death. With friends, even if you saw a car after a party, you might still think they got a ride home with another person.
Its a stockade fenced yard. Not that difficult to get out of...there appears to be no will to leave, incapacitated by something. Also, back in the day, we used to let our friends hang out when we went to bed after a party. So, I can see that too. I hope the family gets answers.

@user-xr7ci8tf3e three people do not just freeze simultaneously feet from their own vehicles. Yes, I believe that is exactly what he's done. If they were drinking, they could have easily been taken down with a neurotoxin. Even street drugs could have done it if the guy laced something with it. Which would explain why the victims weren't able to get help. People are viciously murdered without neighbors hearing, this would have made no sound. Don't be so naive.
If the homeowner was “knocked out” for two days or messed up that he didn’t notice things, I’m wondering if they all ingested something together that caused this.

DUI driver was likely close knitted with someone in Law enforcement, case got buried to protect a friend or relative. Happens ALL the time.
I wonder if there was a lot of police defunding in that state.

Mail package? If i ain't gotta sign, leave it. I'll grab it eventually.

Alcohol can easily be responsible for this. It makes you feel warmer than you are, while at the same time causing you to more rapidly lose body heat. Alcohol has been the contributing factor for many freezing deaths throughout the history of pub crawling.
It can also make you pass out and go into a deep sleep.
Umm maybe one person… but we’re talking three people
ABSOLUTELY!, another angle is that fentanyl is found in EVERY drug whether you want it in there or not, accidental fentanyl overdoses are getting epidemic, part of "cooperating" would be divulging recreational drug use and where it was obtained-no one is going to volunteer such info ESPECIALLY as it pertains or connects to possible homicide(s),
the more they "celebrate" these men's lives as unblemished angels the harder it will be to accept the TRUTH,
@@KPow600 People tend to get black out drunk in groups. Law enforcement of that town needs to be investigated, and also that homeowners close friends

Lol your reasoning that it isn't painful is laughable. Mountain climbers die from low oxygen levels. Freezing to death is very painful.
The pain is only at the beginning as in cold fingers, etc. After that when it gets really serious the pain subsides.

@user-xr7ci8tf3e three people do not just freeze simultaneously feet from their own vehicles. Yes, I believe that is exactly what he's done.
