What most likely happend , is Jordan the man whos in " rehab " has a higher tolerance for this drug, his other friends did not . They didnt know how much they should take and overdosed . If it was laced with fentyal everyone would have died including jorden . It was overdose and jorden was the one who provided it

      Speculation
We do not have a drug test on Jordan. It could be he is running a Public Relations scenario to detract from what actually transpired. Another video one of the mom's of the deceased said that Jordan had a very long criminal history and that those three were not really good friends with Jordan. It could be that they let him into their circle for one night and he took them home and set them up.

Preliminary means it is a shorter report- the FULL report is the whole autopsy with toxicology results and that takes 6-8 weeks.
This prelim report can ID some substances but not all substances are routinely tested or so quickly so cause of death can’t be final until all tests are ready in Full Final Report.
It is a bit silly to report on something with speculations….
People just need to listen to the words the ME is using- preliminary.
Preliminary doesn’t mean the family was only given part of the info ready- it means the Full report is not yet ready.

0:52 Let's not overcomplicate things. Chances are either the cocaine was laced with Fentenyl or it was in there on purpose to create a speedball. What happens is after the high from the cocaine wears off then the fentanyl kicks in and they pass out. Jordan lived because he was inside in a warm house, but it obviously trashed him because he was out of it for 2 days. The other guys went out either to smoke or because they were warm, one sat in the chair maybe two laid on the ground to stare up at the stars and then they fell asleep and it didn't take long for hypothermia to kick in and kill them. He didn't make some wild concoction, he's not some mad scientist, people are overthinking things. He didn't murder them They were just drinking, partying doing Coke that was laced with fentanyl either knowingly or unknowingly went out in the backyard to kick back and died in the cold because they passed out. All of this other wild theories are just that, wild. Also if he was that out of it inside the house I doubt he was looking out the window He was probably so trashed he didn't even care what was going on for all he knew his friends were gone. Weird he didn't call and check on them though If he was feeling that crappy. But then again maybe he was feeling really really crappy. Let's face it these guys were definitely hammered. They're not little guys it took a large dose for them to go down like that. Like I said I think he only lived because he was out of the cold.

I’d say that it was probably some “coke” they got that was heavily laced with fentanyl, but why wouldn’t they release that detail along with cocaine?
If it was any kind of opiate/opioid, it’s absolutely possible that the homeowner was essentially in an non-fatal overdose for that time, it happens way more than most people think. There’s a thin line between passed out and high and dead.
If there’s nothing but coke, however, that’s all irrelevant. Overdosing on cocaine is of course possible, but probably not gonna happen in KC. You’ve gotta have a lot of money and live near a port city to approach the quality and quantity needed to OD on coke alone.

Ehhh yes and no. Sometimes it's an extreme wake up call for a person that previously felt invincible. 3 of your friends dying and you being the only one to survive I would say falls under that. And of course, there's those occasions that a lawyer recommends it to a client to hopefully look for leniency from a judge. I worked in a low level prison years ago doing the intake and releases. Had one kid come in, and was all about I want this program and this. He got on my nerves due to his attitude, and I called him out and said, you only want to do these programs to show the judge the certificates and hope he'll be lenient. And hats off to the guy for his honesty, he said hell yeah that's the only reason I'm doing those, to get out of here quicker. The judge likes seeing those certificates. That's why I don't have much positive to say about those "classes".

You don't have to be a "druggie" to occasionally use drugs. Just ask anybody who visits a bar for a drink after work, or enjoys a cup of coffee in the morning. The only difference is this drug isn't controlled, because it's outlawed. This lead to a gap in the market being filled by criminal cartels and gangs who then poison the supply. Drugs are readily available even in MAXIMUM security prisons. People aren't going to stop using drugs, so shouldn't we at least try to make it safer to use them, and tax, and regulate them like all the other drugs we already do this with? Sadly, most Americans have been conditioned to ignore the basic tenants of humanity in favor of fear and outrage, having rotted away their brains with a steady diet of misinformation and social media, to the point that they lack even the most child like level of empathy... UNTIL this happens to themselves or someone they love. Then all of the sudden it's 'why me?' and they wonder why their cries fall on deaf ears. 'A societal failure of epic proportions' doesn't even begin to describe America's attitude on drugs.

It is totally possible that of the owner of the place also used some of the same "cocaine" as the other three men then it would put him out as well, and it os highly possible that he was pretty much asleep or nodding out for a day and a half-two days. Especially if you have zero tolerance to opiates. How he didn't overdose and die is probably because he was inside where the cold weather didn't add another exponential problem where people just fall asleep when they are freezing. Happens all the time, folks go out for some drinks at the bar and when they are done they start to walk home, at some point they sit down for a rest and fall asleep because they have been drinking and the cold weather just makes the body sleep even more.

I said from the beginning that there was nothing suspicious about this case and there was no foul play involved as so many people kept claiming. This was simply a case of these guys getting really drunk or really high on something falling asleep in the cold and dying of hypothermia and that autopsies and toxicology reports were going to show that. RIP.🙏

Fentanyl was also present in the preliminary toxicology report as well as another illicit drug according to a report from News Nation. May have been meth being the third illicit drug, yet not totally sure.

Whoever thinks cocaine is the culprit never did cocaine.

All three of them would die at the same time from just cocaine alone?
Man, there's something more than cocaine going on here. 🤔

Stop trying to blame him for the decisions the other three made. They were all adults and they paid the price for their stupidity.

I knew it, it was so weird to keep addressing them as Chief 's fans. Everybody that has lost their life are fans of some sports team , entertainer etc.... All that not to say they were drug addicts

I watched something on tv court channel where an expert in toxicology said there should be a release soon but a comprehensive toxicology report could take 6 weeks more to complete.

What about all the other families waiting for their reports? Perhaps everyone that are waiting go to the news.

I strongly felt that these cats were using Dudes crib as a hide away for their extracurricular , double life , sneaky snake past times with each other , & away from their other life at home !!! The obvious mixture of chem's mixed with hooch , has proven to be fatal , when coupled with the exposure to fluctuating winter temp's , is most unfortunate !!! But it isn't murder !!!

Such a sad accident or incident. I guess people just aren’t getting it ? Your playing Russian Roulette doing a little extra something a night out drinking. Look at all the family and friends and little children that this has devastated. 😢 Prayers for everyone 🙏❤️
