@@AlLunacyQing itd funny you should mention that. I had brussel sprouts as a kid and hated them. BUT....watching what you did with them in this video got me to thinking.....maybe I should try them again....THIS way

Looks good, what was the internal temp on the steak before you moved it to the sear box?
Looking back at the video I remember pulling the steak out at 112 and it carried over to 115 f. I let it cool off for about 10 mins then I placed it on sear box till it hit 135 f in the center .
I just hate seeing a Ribeye get abused with that much doneness. I bet an Angel lost her wings over that.
I'm with ya there. I do like my steak closer to the rare side but it was my first time cooking steak on the sear box so still learning the grill! Cheers!
