- The ultimate camp cooking setup for camping & touring!
A quick video that shows how I have setup my camp cooking box so that everything is easily accessible. The easier things are to get to, the more comfortable camping is! - Авто та транспорт
Be great if you were to be making videos again. You're certainly one of the better creators out there 👍👍👍
I like cuddles next to the fire
Head over to @ONSHORE_OFFSHORE for more camp cook content!
Missing your vids mate, hopefully we'll see you on the screens again one day
Well done. Great idea
I love how you’ve set up your utensils! Such a clever idea 👍🏼
very handy Michael! happy travels in the bush and happy cooking! thank you for sharing!
This is a smart idea. I never even knew about the pop open stuff till now. Keep up the cool videos
Cool build mate. I like it!
Nice set up mate, I use pelican boxes for the same thing, never thought about elastic for the lid! bloody brilliant Idea!! looking forward to your return to the platform.
Best thing I've seen for kitchen organisation. too many manufacturers over think things and try and be everything to everybody. I like to cook away from the van so my bedroom isn't full of smoke at the end of a cooking session. But I don't want to keep going back and forth to the back of the van to get things. This the perfect solution.

Brilliant. Neat and tidy mate. I'm going to shamelessly steal your idea 👍
Same!
Yep me too! Going to use this idea 💡
Brilliant ideas!! Thank you!
Nice set up.consider a molle panel attachment to the lid.that way only 4 holes need to be drilled into the lid.can configure and change the utensils as you see fit without creating more holes
That’s a great set up 👍
Fun video!! Thank you for sharing.
Kool vid Timmy !!!!! Love all your vids mate cheers 🍻
thats a bloody great idea . i hope you give us mugs a 1/4"ly video to let us know how your trips are going
Great set up.Can you show how you threaded the elastic through those holes please. That would be handy to know. Very informative channel.

That plastic knife just cracks me up! Nice box Bro 🤙
That's a nifty setup there hey, great idea with the elastic rope. I'm guessing that took a little while to feed thru all those holes?
Matey bloody awesome
great idea
I love this
Patience of a saint trying to run those elastic cords through the holes! Hope you're enjoying life outside of youtube 👍👍
Brilliant!
For those of you wondering how he did the elastic on the lid, he did reply to someone in the comments.
I used fencing wire to go inbetween holes, that taped the elastic with electrical tape and pulled it back through. A bit of fiddling, but it was worth it! 🙂👍
enjoy
I love it! Ease of use is key.

just wanted to say I love your channel
Thank you for the Phillip, I appreciate it. Glad you enjoy the channel so much 🙂
Perfect 👍
Awesome idea mate! How did you get the chord through the lid? Does the inner section pop right out?
Great setup, thanks for the vid
Handy kit ! I use a lot of cast iron items (stoves, hot plates, dutch oven, pans, jaffle irons etc). Unfortunately they're so heavy and bulky and can sometimes be pretty brittle so storage is a bit of a pain.
sandersmichael very true !
Best of all
Really good way to go out back. What size is that box? I would like to guess 25 gal. Make be.
How did you feed the elastic through the holes?
very cool , !

Great idea ... i will now steal it ... and claim that i came up with it ? Lol !
It never ceases to amaze me how many people think they need measuring cups whilst camping! Lol .. I did like your video though digger.
This is what I was think of doing , not the strapping of the utensils but I might copy your idea 👍

What stove would you recommend for a solo 4WD traveller?
Cool !!
Instead of elastic cord what about push clips???
Merci mec👍
Très intéressant
What size box mate? 50L?
Great set-up, did you have to feed the chord through the lid or does the inner layer pop out somehow? Thanks!
I wondered the same thing...
Just in case you missed it - Seek Adventure answered below:
"Fencing wire and a bit of patience 😉"
Cheers
@@ShazBookOwl do you think small broom stick holder type brackets could possibly work better?
@@jacquesswarts473 - I suppose you could try anything with double sided tape??
Its prob obvious but how did you feed the cord in the drilled holes in the lid to go in one hole and out the other hole , im geussing its just a knot tied to hold in place but the knott would be inbetween the two walls of the lid and for some reason i cant work out how you did it ???great setup as well ,i use a heavy duty laptop bag for my little blanket solar panels ,40watt ones to add to my mounted panels if i need to , which has heaps of pockets and sewn in little elastics like on the inside lid of your kitchen box they are meant for pen holders and computer leads and stuff which i use to hold all my solar attatchments like little cigi usb attatchements and leads and stuff when not in use so its all neat and organised in the bag when not in use .
I'd like to know this as well, I assume it's all one cord threaded through... but how?
@@colwedd Feed it with wire like a paperclip. Sticky tape end on end : string --->
Great idea.
How did you tie off the elastic?
He used fencing wire to go in between holes, that taped the elastic with electrical tape and pulled it back through. A bit of fiddling, but it was worth it!
Do I miss where s your stove?
Anyone find this box for ordering online? I searched pelican box and get camera cases

Hey Stephen, I used fencing wire to go inbetween holes, that taped the elastic with electrical tape and pulled it back through. A bit of fiddling, but it was worth it! 🙂👍
I recently came across your vids and after watching a few of them I do like how you roll. All properly thought out, planned and organised offering up sensible suggestions and methods with a bit of humour thrown in.
It’s a pity that you have put an end to your regular posts which now forces us to endure that other major uTuber in W.A that more often than not has little to no clue that often leads to dud advice. He once posted a similar vid and it had so many fundamental errors and stupid suggestions that I turned it off half way through. To add insult to injury he recently praised the benefits of a certain brand name roof rack only to be eating humble pie only a few days later and issuing a faux apology because he didn’t do his homework properly and not once ever questioning the installation instructions that called for the rack to be riveted to the thin roof of his Hilux.
You need to come back dude, as sensible content is desperately needed.......even if you only post one vid a month it would do me.
Decent set up, i copied this off of #timbates who had the same idea.
