I used the Shaper Origin to cut out all the different shapes-but you could also do this with a jigsaw. I just like the convenience of the shaper and I want to learn more about digital fabrication. also: cutting box joints in a couple minutes is pretty awesome!
It looks as if, you mark the cutline with a pencil for the coffee brewer and the round can, and then the Shaper just follows that?! Can it do that, or do you have to make a digital template as well? I would love a small CNC, that cut follow my pencil marks, so that I don't have to use time on digital work.
@@TB_Production_aka_TB_76 You can do both. You can load files into the shaper or use the buildin camera and set the cut lines as Laura did in this video.
Is it possible to get the Shaper in Germany already? I am a fan of it first hour, but I do not like importing expensive stuff. Keep up the greaz work! I just got an horse trailet myself, not sure what to make out of it 😂
My daughter and I are so stoked by this project! She’s found inspiration from you and other sources to pursue a trade as a welder/machinist/fabricator. We both thank you! Now, I’ll be able to borrow HER tools! ✌️
I love the way you think outside the box to build what was inside the box. Very impressive design and building skills. My mind almost exploded when I saw that router shaper in action.
Hi Laura, only since we were in South Korea we know how little equipment is needed to make a "top-notch" meal with also very little meat, vegetables and spices. When we camped we fussed far too much, mainly BBQ, roasts and roasted potatoes, all energy foods and in Korea, we pigged out as what they cook is so delicious and were able to stay on our weight. Not a pioneer country like Australia still is, but highly sophisticated and still living traditional - a place you would like!
Very imaginative use of a small portable case. The cutting board with slide out tray is super clever. You have inspired me to rethink my camping kitchen.
Before someone says something negative about the Shaper... Without creativity even the best tools are dead in the hand. You have a new tool, AND creativity. Thank you for sharing it. It brings me joy. Best wishes and be safe,
This is so darned cool! Everything you need in the perfect spot. I love that the Shaper could even cut out the spaces in the foam to hold the Leatherman and lighter!
Everything that you need? I don't know what your cooking It's all very style over function Nice looking video but the end product is not really fit for purpose let's be honest here.
Believe this is just the basic components. Obviously she will have other storage elsewhere. Love the cutting board/drawer component. Great to see woman doing this type of work.
RESPEKT!
Wow Laura, you have simply blown my mind with your ingenuity, however if I may your tiny cook set can also be used for day trips out to a beautiful country location and to be able to have hot food and drink is always a major PLUS in my book. Thanks again for another wonderful video about your tiny trailed camper and I very much look forward to the next instalment.
I realize I am a little late to the show, but this project just shows your amazing imagination and skill set to pull this off. Thats a kit worth marketing!! Great job!!😊
Brilliant use of the anchor track, so many possibilities for future ideas, maybe some speakers and/or a tv screen for outdoor movies. If I had done anything different to the case I think I would have ply lined the lid section as well, giving it a durable surface for cooking or other tasks, along with some straps to stop the lid sagging under load. Great to see you found a use for the Gummifusse as well ;0)
So cool. You are the little kid who is now grown up, making the plastic-moulded toys we all thought would be so great, real. And we were right, they are great! I love the system for holding it on the outside at a good height. Excellent job, thanks for sharing.
Really very clever, however you might want to add another support for the lid as it's already twisting and if it were stronger, you'd have a better work surface.
Really loving this build Laura , the way everything you make is in keeping with the rugged aluminium used look . The picknic cooking box was genius ...and it hooks on the side of the tiny camper ...brilliant 👌👍❤🤗
One of the best camping kitchen solutions I've seen so far.
This is genius, as usual! Impressed with the amount of stuff you manage to squeeze in there. If it was my camper, I'd definitely forget to take the kitchen off the side and then lose it on the highway on the way back home! :p
Awesome as always, love your ideas and the ease that you produce these beautiful things.. practical and aesthetically so pleasing.. pity it’s only one day a week. But always looking forward to see it on Sunday
Great build! I loved dejected look on Smoot's face when he realizes he's not getting any of the meal 😆. Ah the problems of being a loved and pampered pet. Keep up the great work.
Brilliant - possibly my favourite episode of the whole series, although all have been brilliant. I was thinking of doing something similar with ammo boxes, simply because they will fit in better but this is 'food' for thought. Enjoy the rest of the day and thanks.
It's beautiful as a display case, but with space at such a premium, I can't help but be distracted by all the added weight, and all the empty space dedicated to visual presentation.
Love this build, I want that handheld CNC so bad. Recently salvaged a cheap OSB trunk someone left by my apartment building, and during quarantine, I worked on it, using my dad's circular saw to cut thin MDF panels to add strength and a smooth interior. Now, this makes me want to make the shelve inserts I sketched out so I can use it to organize my scrap fabric!
LG Nico
Wow! That is the coolest thing I've seen in a long time. You are a rockstar with all those gadgets and tools. I'm jealous and inspired. Thanks for this amazing content.
Fantastic build. Reminds me of putting a pelican case together. I’ve watched so many of your videos that it’s now instinct to look at the metric part of your table saw ruler.
I fell in love with that suitcase built! That router is awesome cool! I feel so stoneage now. For the coffee lover I recommend fresh ground coffee and (if desired) a milk foam machine. Crushgrinder and Bodum Latte manual foam maker! I hope my built will work out fine, once finished I‘ll Post a picture.
Laura.
Nicely done!! I have always wanted one of these, just never got around to making one. (Didn't know how to tell the truth.) I believe the magazine "Popular Mechanics" had a similar plan back in the '30's or 40's (I like to read old magazines and saw it. I ain't that old!! ) So I will have to try this with a couple of old suitcases that I have!
Mega coole Idee!

Don't have a link but I found it on Amazon and several other places search Shaper Origin it run around $2500.00 .
My daughter and I are so stoked by this project! She’s found inspiration from you and other sources to pursue a trade as a welder/machinist/fabricator. We both thank you! Now, I’ll be able to borrow HER tools! ✌️
That is fantastic! Give her a big hug!!
This is ridiculously satisfying to watch
That is not only the coolest little kitchen I’ve ever seen. But that is THE Coolest build I ever seen on UA-cam. Great Job !
Just discovered your channel... In the process of watching everything... Thats THE COOLEST ROUTER I'VE EVER SEEN
Girl, you have nice toys, wow!!!! You did a wonderful job, congratulations!!!!!!!
Finally, I get to see a channel with a woman doing her own work! This is liberating and changes the pace of things for me.
i like to see how much space is dedicated to Coffee, because you know... priorities :-D
Copy on priorities. ☕👍
I love the way you think outside the box to build what was inside the box. Very impressive design and building skills. My mind almost exploded when I saw that router shaper in action.
"Huh that's clever... oh THAT is clever... DAMN"
Your videos are great. I'm picking up a ton of new techniques. They're always a pleasure to watch.

mounting to the side of the camper is that bit of genius I've come to expect from you! No pressure!
That is awesome! I especially love the cutting board with the hidden stream basket for catching the things you are cutting. 🙌🙌
Before someone says something negative about the Shaper... Without creativity even the best tools are dead in the hand. You have a new tool, AND creativity. Thank you for sharing it. It brings me joy.

Richard Reynolds I see what you mean, but if it works for her then it’s fine, I think.
Believe this is just the basic components. Obviously she will have other storage elsewhere. Love the cutting board/drawer component. Great to see woman doing this type of work.
You have a brilliant mind. You not only thought outside the box but you also thought inside the box, so clever on use of tiny space.

Came to say the same
Smudo is such a good boy. Another super project. Love it.
I like her precision and those techy tools.
That router (shaper) is something else, and I love your workshop. I have serious shed envy (because I don't have one). Love your ideas, thanks.
That is an inventive build. I like things that are simple and repurpose older items that are usually thrown away. Great job.
Out doing yourself is you standard, I can clearly see that now! Thank you for all of your guidance, and inspiration!
you're such a genius! I love all these amazing little details in your builds!!
Spectacular! Can't wait to see how you finish your trailer.❤
I love when you use your Leatherman in your projects. Keep on the loop!! Great video and music!!!
I love your practical, no nonsense approach to strong design and fabrication, a real ispiration - love the channel - love the music - love your work 💯
Mach weiter so.
German precision (Laura's work) + Italian art (moka + illy caffè) = unbeatable combo.
Besides your amazing work, I liked that digital - high precision saw.
Keep up the great work Laura!

60 FPS videos and your projects are the perfect combination. Looking forward to the next steps in the conversion of the trailer
Laura, you are truly one of a kind individual. You are so talented, have a great disposition and are very happy. Keep up with the great videos.
Best video I have seen in months
Awesome addition!
Hope Smudo got some treats for being such a good shop assistant.
Apart from the shop skills. Your knife skills are fire too!
This is genius, as usual! Impressed with the amount of stuff you manage to squeeze in there.
If it was my camper, I'd definitely forget to take the kitchen off the side and then lose it on the highway on the way back home! :p
Wow, you have great toys, and the mastery to put them to great use. Great box project. Thanks for sharing.
GREAT idea & realization, COOL style & aesthetics, FINE materials!!!
Bon appetit! 😊
Awesome as always, love your ideas and the ease that you produce these beautiful things.. practical and aesthetically so pleasing.. pity it’s only one day a week. But always looking forward to see it on Sunday
The way to design things is just so clever! every time I see how you use space efficiently I am amazed!!!
You are such a fantastic human. Thank you for making such wonderful things.
That video was very soothing to the soul. You take pride and care in your work .Cheers from 🇨🇦
Hi Laura, I love the creative design and level of precision in all of your builds. 💖
What a fabulous idea! It’s the perfect portable camp kitchen! I’m so impressed!!!
One of my favourite ever edits of yours. Beautiful video Laura
Smudo wants some Würstchen!🖤
Smudo can have little a Wurstchen, as a treat
Die Airline Zurrschienen sind was feines. So viele Möglichkeiten. Saugute Idee die außen anzubringen
Great build! I loved dejected look on Smoot's face when he realizes he's not getting any of the meal 😆. Ah the problems of being a loved and pampered pet. Keep up the great work.

Such a talented utilization of fantastically cool tools! Wow!
Great as usual, I'm waiting to see the whole camper finished but I already know is going to be spectacular.
Nice picnic basket . I thought it will go on roof top but track-cleat system on the side is great . Thank you Laura !
Love the little touch with the leatherman and the lighter!
It's beautiful as a display case, but with space at such a premium, I can't help but be distracted by all the added weight, and all the empty space dedicated to visual presentation.
Amazing. Laura is so clever with her design.

Very cool. Stronger hinges would mean you can use the lid as a cutting board/prep surface while standing up, if you don't wanna sit on the ground
Inventive and joyous! really like how you always go that extra step with an already cool project and made it mountable on the side of the camper!
It looks brilliant! (Strangely, I’m suddenly hungry for coffee and sausage...). Keep doing what you do!
Great idea. Can’t wait to see how the whole project ends up
Very good idea. I never think about reuse suitcase this smart way. What a waste before. Thanks for you sharing. Good work. 👍👍
Oh the way you mount it at the end is excellent!
I really like your ideas and craftsmanship great job.
Wow, I go to sleep thinking about this very idea, and here you are....SUPERCOOL and Inspiring😊
Es macht richtig Spaß zuzusehen!
Great builds, the best video production techniques and always a smile. You have style (and tools) in abundance.
I really like woodwork. This was a fun project.
I love your mess kit. I don't think I've ever seen one with a stove packed in.
Laura, I love watching your videos. You never fail to bring a smile to my face. Thank you!
Love the mounting on the side of the trailer! Can’t wait to see more!
Agreed, what is that?

Laura.
That was fun. Thank you. Loved the router thingie.
Love it! I enjoy watching you create.
Knolling in 3D! A perfect kitchen. Beautiful.

I have that camping stove and adore it. Lovely work as always
This is coming along nicely Laura! I could actually see myself having fun camping with this setup..
Love to see how you made use of the shaper. More of that please.
Another awesome project and another great premiere video. Cheers Laura - thanks for sharing and stay safe & well :)
Miss Laura, vous êtes une artiste!
Mega coole Idee!
A fantastic work in progress! Awesome
Das ist sooo cool! Total viele Funktionen auf so kleinem Raum. Das hast du mega gut durchdacht! Ich bin wahnsinnig beeindruckt!
