How air permeable is it after a 6 hour rain and the DWR of the outermost nylon layer has failed and wetted out? A wet outer fabric means it won't be air permeable anymore, yes?

I bought into the hype and got a jacket. It more breathable than Gore-Tex, but I am still soak in my own sweat. Just not as much sweat.
