James, copper grease is what you need to put on the wheel/hub surface to stop the wheels getting stuck on the way they do; it also helps stop corrosion (corrosion only makes the sticking worse). YW 👍
My guess for the new V12 is that it is the Aventador V12 with a plug in hybrid, also time-line for launch is sometime in 2022 meaning production starts in 2023 so James gets it at the end of 2023, still just speculation

The things they do now days with wraps is pretty insane and can look absolutely stunning!! That being said, nothing can compare tho to a high quality paint job and the 458 looks insane!! He has done a insane job on it so far!!!!!
just a little trick to get the wheels of easier next time! Clean the weelhub and put a little bit of waxspray on it. then wipe it away so there is a small wax film. I use it everytime i change tyres and next time they go off easееееааау👍🏻

fact that its a spyder makes it even cooler with the body kit. The engine covered up by steel instead of glass goes with the gundam look so much better.
Purple calipers with white accents would look the coolest, yellow would get lost in the white for sure. But for the wheels you could always go with audi turbofan wheels if you can source some in your lug pattern. You can also do livery on them Ie, you could have purple accents on the wheels and that would also mean you don't have to worry about the color of the calipers.

A little bit of Anti seize on the the mating surface between the wheel and rotor would easily prevent your wheels from sticking to the hub like that.

Tip for removing a stuck wheel: slowly lower the vehicle down allowing the weight of the vehicle to pop it loose.

Go with yellow and yellow pin striping against the black in the interior and yellow seatbelts..only opposite to this would be green..but if you have the scudia shield..that would most likely be yellow...I like that made the body form fitted without that bolt on appearance
