@@orangevenom553 Nah I sucked doing it one handed, I was okay doing it two handed to start off with but as soon as I tried one handed I fell splat straught on my back on to the bar. 😂😂😂 I just couldn't pop up.
@@chilliam00 haha! Wow, I was the exact opposite! I could do the one handed 1st try, but for the life of me I can't do two... I keep clipping my feet and not getting over it lol
YES! Absolutely, the reverse vault is, I think, maybe the most beautiful Parkour vault. It always looks SO dynamic and cool, but it's also the most fluid move linking other moves and makes a beautiful line. It relates almost more to contemporary dance than Parkour. It might not be the hardest move, and I can't do it yet myself, so I can't speak from experience, but it always impresses me when I see it!
Ronnie, you probably don't remember me. I started SLCPK way back in the day. I was just having a conversation about parkour with some friends and I had to look you up. It's really great to see how far you've come, man. Congratulations! Watching your videos has me itching to get back into free-running again. Take care, and maybe I'll see you around the valley.
It's great to hear from you! I appreciate that! I really admired what you did and put together back in the day. It really gave me a community to connect with when I felt alone in the parkour journey. It's never too late to jump back in!
I got a idea for another video. If possible you should race one of your friends in a race or do a escape. Either way you should be running it like a parkour race. In my opinion that should be cool
I remember finding your channel YEARS AGO because I wanted to learn how to run up a wall. I was also just getting into assassin's creed so when I saw your video to wall run like Assassin's Creed I subscribed instantly, most unfortunately that was in 6th grade for me, now years after graduation and having not trained it's nice to see these videos again, I miss them. You should do tricking fundamental principal and concepts for beginners as a video series (just an idea)
Cool stuff. Can you make a compilation of everything you showed us so far and label them? Cause this stuff is treasure and would love to have them all packed in to one awesome massive video.
I actually went for my first proper parkour session with someone else in my city on the day you dropped this video! 😍 ahhhh it was super dope...5 days later though and my thighs are still a little sore (but that's because I have an active lifestyle so I probably haven't rested my legs quite as much as they want, but at least they've been getting stretched)
You never fail to impress. Do you teach parkour for a living? Or is it something you do on the side? Or...? You are super good. It would be fun to see you and the Storror guys do a video together or series of videos together. I have no idea how mental that idea is so I'm just throwing it out there. Keep on doing what you do.
I really like the vaults i am 12 yo started parkour at 10 after watching you and thinking if i should start freeruning too , is it a good idea or should i wait till i am older ? ( i am 160cm /5' 3")
Hey, Ronnie, could you please make a video on the progression to a Webster? Whenever I do it, I end up turning a little and it comes out looking more like a side-flip step-out. Any advise? P.S. Thank you so much for all your help teaching me parkour! I don’t think that I could have gotten this far without you!😁
Holy fuck dude. I was just looking up reverse vaults bc I wanted to compare my technique after working on them today. Just clicked a random vid, first that came up. I was thinking "hmm this wall looks really similar to where I was training today" then I looked in the background and saw the tower w the spiral... This is Piedmont park in Atlanta, correct? I was literally RIGHT here like 6 hours ago... In that specific playground... Doing reverse vaults 😮 on the green and blue block thingys 20 ft from where you were. then you started skating along the same route I skated away! Absolutely wild. What are the odds??? Idk I just thought that always a crazy coincidence. Very serendipitous after spending hrs right there today lol If you ever wanna go train, lmk! I spend a lot of time at Atlanta Parkour but I'm trying to get out of the gym more.
I do my reverse vault like a turn vault but instead of putting my feet on the wall I let go of a hand and I do a 180 more its good or i must to use another method ??
I am trying to get into parkour (I’m 15 so I can’t drive yet) and my parents live in the woods where there are a bunch of huge boulders and fallen trees. There are no hard/square edges it is very hard to do vaults because I get splinters from the fallen logs and I can’t do climb ups because there are no square edges. If there were any recommendations, or anyone in the same situation I would really like to hear it
It’s great to see your contents again Ronnie!
Which variation is your favorite? Any I missed?
I really liked the kick out one. All of them are great though!
Plz make a tutorial on TDR
I really liked the reverse double tap. Nice to see you back!

the reverse vault is such a cool move.
