@@rinkothelad easiest way is probably emulation. Game didn't sell particularly well, much like alot of platinum games. For reference clover studios is old platinum.

i love how this video has almost fuckall commentary because jay is constantly focused on the combat and when he isnt he's paying close attention to the wacky cutscenes

Jfc, you aren't kidding. I didn't know that one and I owned this on PS2 years ago. Though I will say, I'm glad the game never really took itself seriously. Even Gene was like "c'mon bro, seriously?" Then he just sort of went with it after a while just to keep his sanity.
Even the Demon Boss was tired of the antics of his subordinates. Overall, I loved the tone of the game, but I lose my memory card at one point. It was after Olivia got kidnapped and I tried playing through again, but I got so frustrated having to. Then I used an Action Replay to speed things up I activated the GH in the middle of a level, then couldn't open the door to the next zone because... infinite meter for it.

That's probably a good thing. A game like God Hand would never be made today, and it'd be incredibly hard to build a game that's above a masterpiece.
In terms of gameplay, Clash: Artifacts of Chaos was similar and a good time. Very different tone and art direction, but nonetheless fantastic on the presentation and solid in the combat.
