I just gotten to the point of dank mini wheelies, it is less scary than I expected. I haven't gotten to balance point yet. That will probably be the scary part. I will be able to do it some day 💯🔥 probably...🙄
@@brytodunsm5713 I haven't got any further than mini wheelies. I stopped training. Mostly because I don't have a good place to train where there are no Karen's. And I don't ride that much either. If the weather is bad I don't enjoy riding as much.. So basically no progress :/
I think u guys helped me a lot with these vids on my wheelies! Thank you! I did learn i guess wrong tho lol instead of learning the rear brake first I learned it after I could wheelie lol barely learning it now and ya but if I learned it first I wouldn’t have crashed my bike like I did in my wheelie video!😂😂😂
well i guess i have to give the rear break a try. i learned how to wheelie without rear break, i allways just used the engine break and for me it works. but ok, i had to run behind the bike a view times, but never jumped of or crashed. nice videos. love them :-)
G'Day MX Factory from Australia. My son and I love your vids thanks. :) My issue with slow wheelies is that i fall to the side. I don't have an issue keeping the balance point, but have to bring the front down very quickly otherwise i'll end up on my side on the ground. I've heard that you need to balance with your hips (or something like that). This isn't so much of an issue if I'm going faster, but i don't have a lot of room for that where I ride. If you're able to make a vid explaining side to side balance while wheeling that'd be awesome. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. :)

I was taught to let your legs dangle to steady yourself in case the bike starts to go over. WRONG! Lol. The rear brake technique just makes more sense. No wonder I kept wiping out! Thanks for the tips brother.
On a slide uphill for the beginning is Ok to have the legs tangle. You find tutorials they show that. Next step of course is rearbreak kontrol. But everybody has to find his way. I am still working on it and not that good I aim on. Slow wheely is such a nice skill.
I’ve got a yzf450 and here’s how I wheelie in all gears 1st: 1/2 throttle 2nd: 1/2 throttle 3rd: 3/4 throttle lean back slightly 4th: slow down and Franck throttle no leaning or clutch work 5th: sit as far back as possible pin the throttle Power everywhere
Moto -2TEN Yeah I get that and ive owned many MX's. There's nothing like a YZ250 or KTM250/300. Ive had a yzf450 and it was a really good bike obviously. But It definitely made trail riding a lot easier with the tractor like torque, you can be lazy basically. Between the overall weight and center of gravity being higher i guess, i just cant get the same fun out of riding say a yzf250/450 as i do with a good 2 stroke... Even a YZ125 is a fun bike to ride hard. Im 200lbs and that bike has plenty of power for any hill or jump, if rode right. There's just something really fun about that. Anyways back to your point, yeah yzf450 is a wheelie machine lol

My problem is just dropping my feet, my bodys gyro says hard pass on the werlies and i sorta panic and get sorta bummed and stop trying. I havent dropped my bike yet so that may be part of the fear is not knowing what crashing is like. Id say if i lay it down slowly trying to wheelie and its not bad id be a little more comfortable knowing its not the end of the world if i put er down on a slow wheelie.
Get some elbow and knee protection I wrecked my dirtbike yesterday and have really bad road rash on my elbow and knee and I wasn't going really fast I wish I would of been wearing more than a helmet and gloves this shit hurts like crazy

It's a joke Go very slow like 2 to 5 mph and practice popping it up a little past balance point and using the rear brake just enough to bring it back down just before balance point then you can use the throttle to get back to balance point.

I’ll have a think and get back to you guys, I do have a question though with regards to wheelying. do you always use the clutch up technique or do you alter from power wheelying too? And which would you say is better and why? Obviously the bigger engine in the bike the easier it is to do a power wheely but in general which would you choose?
I also have trouble with cornering as well. Not sure where to sit depending on the corner if should weight the front or rear tyre. So maybe a video on cornering mistakes?

I own a yz85 and the way I learned how to wheelie is by going in first gear and hitting the powerband and and bring it up and then shifting into 2 and keep on going from there and maybe shift into 3 it’s been the best way for me because I can’t get the bike up by using the clutch because yz85 don’t have much Bottom end powerband and I sit all the back in the seat and it still don’t work so any one that owns a yz85 this is what I learned was the easiest for me

“How about for electric bike?” Zzzzt 😂😂
Good job Bas glass 😂👌🏼
I have a mini bike and well it doesn’t have a clutch or a brake where your foot is... so how do I bring my front wheel up with no clutch?
The *biggest* factor about learning Wheelies that you need to come to grips with (no pun intended) is, you will drop your bike (numerous tImes), you will bruise yourself (maybe even break some bones) and lose skin.....but if you keep at it, you *will* become good at it 🙏🏻🤘🏻✌🏻
facts😂💯 i dislocated my arm leg fractured my hip i’m still going though
If you take your time learning how to wheelie... that wont happen🤦♂️
This is the good method
