- Today I'm testing out some colors for a commission piece. I'm working with the color Silver which is my kryptonite. I just love the Open Cup Pour and the results I get. These colors are beautiful together, a very patriotic feel.

@Studio15Acrylics hey Brian, quick question, I was wondering how you think I should start UA-cam on fluid art painting?

I love doing disrupted open cup ❤
So much fun, right? :)
It always amazes me how you manage the flow of a pour but also keep it very organic. You are a true artist. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you so much. I'm always learning and I've got great tutors that helped me along the way. :)

Beautiful painting, and I can’t believe the snow you have!! Im from Australia, so i am always amazed when I see people living with snow outside!
Great painting you created. Love the little dogs in the background.. Especially the black and white Shih Tzu reminds me of my puppy long ago.
I love it!
Thank you! 😊
I love the negative space in this one, it reminds me of water pouring out of something 😍
Thank you my friend. :)
Cool Brian! Love from NB Canada!😊

Another amazing piece. Every time I watch you do this technique at first i fall in love with the way it looks, then you disrupt it and its gorgeousness. Amazing amazing
Thank you so much!

😊
Gorgeous!
Absolutely love your work, could you please do a short tutorial on how you mix your paints/medium/gloss medium. It would be invaluable for early stage artists like myself. Many thanks in anticipation.
This is beautiful. I love how the various colors emerged up through some of those cells that we can really see in those close up shots. I've had amazing results with open cup pours in the past but have not done any in at least 3 years. I've continued to think I should go back to them, but still have not. Seeing some of your open cup pours is def giving me a pull in that direction. Not much of my footage on my open cup pours turned out well so most of them I've never been able to show on my channel even though the outcomes had been some of my best outcomes. (It was more in my beginning stages of videoing myself painting and my head got in the way of the camera more than it did not in those open cup paintings. LOL) Anyway, this is lovely and I appreciate the inspiration. 🥰
Quick question??Have you ever used inca gold? Just wondering what you thought of that color. Amazing piece as usual!!
Not yet!
@@Studio15Acrylics it's so light it almost looks yellow but oh the cells it brings. I believe it's Folkart.
Although I'm not a fan of a lot of white negative space I do like how the colours went on this one. Just one small confusion. At the beginning you said you were using bright aqua green but then called it turquoise all the way through the video. Which was it please?
The actual color is Bright Aqua Green. I need to be more careful when I'm talking but I get lost in what I'm doing and call the colors what I'm seeing sometimes. Sorry about that. :)
