Watching these early war tank battles is like watching two people play Rock Paper Scissors at a distance of 50 meters and the loser just blows up. I love it
Indeed, it has not xd. I ask myself how earlier they were motivated to do such campaigns, and now they are like:„Meh, guess we'll just make every Level the same for all Nations, just that the terrain is different“. I already have PTSD from those greets:„Herr Oberstleutnant, thank goodness you have arived!“.
I hope they will keep this difficulty for the "hard" mod, I mean that's what I want, having to make choices and save equipment. It makes the fights more stressful like, "Oh my god a Panz III, what am I doing" and having to find a solution with the stuff you have at the moment. Really super cool this game and this video
*AI uses tank main cannon to target flamethrower* Sherman: "No, don't use that you idiot, use the MG" Also Sherman: *Uses main cannon against individual enemy troops 30 seconds earlier*
I think the conquest mode seems to be the most interesting part of Gates of Hell for me. Deckbuilding and actually adding captured equipment seems so amazing, can't wait to try it myself if it ever will be included into the open beta.
i love your video Shermanator,..anyway is charge system (running and firing) available in this gate of hell, never seen that before, since you have "Slow, Safe and Sure" Stategy...or could you develope or use some other strategy with charge feature if there is...
The amount of bullets some people ate in this battle has convinced me that you don´t kill people via putting holes in them, but via leadpoisoning. Also, grab some satchels from the vehicles you don´t waant to repair. The enemyy is reat in number and every ounce of explosives counts.
can you research and deploy pioneers in the conquest mode? It would be cool, if the pioneers could dig little wooden bunkers or gun pits. That would be a huge addition for a fast defense position. I mean the new standard fox holes and trenches are amazing. Anyway i cant wait for the release of this game. I hope you can play conquest mode against your friends in multi-player
@@theShermanator yeah that'd be great considering we we're giving all kinds of advice on how to tackle that AT position with a mortar sniper combo. Remember? protected by your tank or AT gun lol forget exactly what it was but would love if you could take on that challenge again with that strategy ;)
you should loot the repair kits off the vehicles you're not taking, sucks for your newly repaired tank to be tracked or taken out with no repair kits left
Id put more resources into Higher tier deffenses and tank crews, th as t way on defensive battles, the AI can deffend while you flank, spank, and bank new tanks
Why is Ostfront SOOO much better than the regular Call to Arms? It's just terrible. Is this conquest similar to the base game? The A.I. has unlimited spawns while you only have your deck?
