Had this done to me when I started wrestling by someone much more experienced. I started wrestling as an adult and this guy started when he was five and good enough to be nationally competitive, plus he was taller than me too.
The feeling of being effortlessly lifted in a bodylock, being held up high off the ground with no hope of breaking out is very demoralising.
