- Hey, frann! My morning routine is single handedly the most important piece of my day. It's the short time I get clear on my intentions and set the foundation for how I want my day to go. I also have a 5 year old, so although things can get a little busy, I still make time for me and my goals.I hope you love this video!

P.S. I didn't include footage from my work day (camera died) but I usually get ready for my day, then sit down at my desk to do a few hours of work after breakfast. Nothing special. My day and tasks are already planned the night before during my night routine!

Girl you a real one! When I'm off work and waking up in the morning, the only thing Im thinking of is what Im going to eat, how I dont want to go to work the next day, and when Im taking my next nap 😒😒😒. I need to do better!!! 😣😣😣
Start small! Don’t overwhelm yourself in the beginning. Start with just getting a set amount of water and build. You got this
