Don’t come to Salem in October. Just a tourist trap and the crowds and traffic are absurd. Come in the “off season.” You can still do almost everything there is to do in October, but there’s far less people and it’s cheaper.

I first visited Massachusetts in 2007 at age 13. My mom and brother lives in Massachusetts, my mom moved there in 2006 and my brother moved there in 2017. My parents got divorced when I was 2 or 3 years old, my dad got remarried to his 2nd wife (my step mom) whom, she has 3 kids that she cares much about. I have 1 brother and 2 sisters, I'm the lastborn girl child.

I was so glad to see #8 Concord MA on the list. The "rude bridge" where the first shot in the Revolutionary was fired. A serene setting a quarter mile from Concord Center. Nothing fancy. The beginning of a new country.
I'll be going to this place for sometime as I need to check some business venture possible any recommendations from someone that knew the place well. thanks 🙂
Boston was my first big city to visit at 18 years old and has been a special place in my heart ever since. Really want to get back, just not a winter person so summer time in the best time for us!

Locals would generally recommend fall -- September or October, or spring -- late April to June.
