This guy got screwed pretty bad in this whole thing. He was convicted over some blurry CCTV footage of a vehicle, not DNA, not a license plate, not a finger print, nothing that confirms he did it. Then on top of all that, they destroy any real proof of who the killer was. I am still wanting to know about cell towers and cell phones pinging off different locations. was none of this obtained during the trial???
I can understand him talking in the past tense because he felt it was over because he was angry that the affair had been outed and his wife would find out. And for the same reason, he did not contact her for a week. I'm still not convinced he's guilty
In episode 1, She's the one that says " if you were to be found guilty, it would make me look bad". He should have phrased it differently in this phone call. Instead of the same "if I were to be found guilty...you said that it would make you look bad". And yes, he paused.... possibly he misspoke from stressed-out causing "brain fog" maybe? My opinion. Bravo Zulu on the show. (please do not hesitate to correct me if I'm wrong. Just be gentle 🤣)
I don’t think he did . To be honest . And you have to convict someone beyond a reasonable doubt and I don’t think that there is enough evidence let alone any to prove he did it .
Paula was wearing layered and heavy clothing and flipflops when she was attacked!? You can't even wear socks with flipflops like that. I have questions... 🤔
I started out, (after watching the first episode,) believing he was innocent. Now, halfway through this episode, I'm beginning to reconsider lol let's see how this goes.... edit; ...OK, now I don't know what to think....
She was sleeping with her husband and two other men and the one in jail was not the one she was scared of - it was the other one. But no one talks about him. 🤔 They've got the wrong guy in jail. 🤷♀️
I really don’t feel he did it. When she told him they ran into a problem with the testing of the blood- I think she was expecting he’d bite if he did it. Instead he waited to hear what not was and genuinely seemed disappointed. Besides that, out of all honesty, either they just wanted him to take the wrap- and that’s why the main evidence just ‘disappeared’ or was destroyed, or…they deliberately are covering up for some reason way larger than they’ll probably ever know. I think it’s odd they began getting those odd texts trying to discredit the guy too. Too bad they can’t find out who’s sending them those texts. Idk- it just seems like someone else killed her. That guy may not be a likable character, but he still doesn’t seem like he’s a murderer either.
That much of the evidence pertaining to the crime has been destroyed, surely lends itself to the idea of LE being single/short sighted in this case (confirmation bias) @59:00 he says it doesn’t matter why the evidence is gone, it most certainly DOES matter, if they destroyed exculpatory evidence purposely- THAT MATTERS.
Well, to answer the question posed in the video’s title :🧐 We know she was murdered. He is clearly the likely suspect. Evidence points to him and no one else whatsoever. 🤷♂️
surely experts can calculate from her body deteriation how long she had been dead for and how long she was in the boot? also cant they trace the number that the anonymous text came from?
Question on Y chromosome testing. What type of cell samples does one need for it ?? In my mind, and it can sound stupid to those who are versed in the subject matter, it sounds like blood cells. If that be the case than if the attacker is male or female s/he should have a wound to begin with.
This needs a part 3. Did they find anything? Who was the other man? What about the husband? It kind of just ended.....

I found the ending very unsatisfactory...I wonder if the police knew they had done a shotty job and got rid of the evidence.
Sounds about right. That evidence is vital to the case?

The incompetence of the police and the fact that there is no real evidence against this man yet he was convicted is mind blowing.
He never called her after the murder. Mic 🎤 drop.
Something don't sit right with all this. Seems to me like someone is covering up something. Beyond any reasonable doubt I don't think he's guilty.
Can't argue with systemic incompetence of Government departments.

opps totally forgot i slept around on my wife ...
Why can't her other 2 boyfriends mentioned be fish out
There was only one other boyfriend, the other was her husband and she didn't tell anyone about boyfriend 2 so he can't be fished out
Poor man maybe will dies in jail while he is not guilty!!! The police messed up in this investigation!!!
Please carry out a similar investigation on the McCanns.

But it doesn't matter because they can't appeal without it

He did it!!!! Stop trying to save a guilty man!!!
On what evidence?

No!
That Geezer is Well Suspect!!
How were the police sure that Paula died around 10pm?
Forensics
@@Bea_MelaninAndGodsGrace I'm not doubting it, but how? I can't recall the bit in the show that said.

Idk but I’m starting to think that he really did it 👀👀👀👀
Anyeeewaay, he did it. 🙄🙄🙄
Have you all actually contributed to the release or exoneration of ANYONE!? He did it! 😂
😅
